[4:30] Overtraining is more of a matter of undereating or under recovery.
- Cortisol is highest between 6-8 a.m.
- It decreases around midday.
- Pre-bed is the most important time to squelch cortisol.

- Women are probably more at risk due to fear of weight gain.
- A by-product of over training syndrome is continued increase of visceral fat.

- If you are going to eat more, eat more protein and then healthy starches.
