Dr. Daniel Lieberman
I always learn something from the books I read for the show but The Story of The Human Body was nothing short of enlightening and is a must-read for everyone on the planet. Dr. Lieberman puts end to end over 6 million years of evolution and links it to modern diseases so clearly that the book will change the way you see your own life and choices. If any book could fit the tall order of being a handbook for the human condition this book would be it. Read it and allow your mind to be transformed forever.
