  • The way the original bushmen used it allowed it to actually suppress hunger.
  • The same cannot be said of pill or transdermal delivery.
  • Staying busy will also suppress hunger.

  • Not optimal.
  • Life does not have to be the false dichotomy of I.F. vs. 7 meals per day.
  • Nutrition, like training, can be periodized for optimal results.
  • Fasting can improve insulin resistance and anabolic resistance.
  • Star with a 1:1 ratio of fasting to high frequency meal days and adjust to match your training and desired progress. ( more fasting for fat loss, more high freq. Meal days for optimal growth)

  • Everyone is bigger, even the fans.
  • Gyms are better equipped.
  • All sports in college have a strength coach.
  • Foods are generally more calorically dense.
  • Supps generally work better.
  • Bigger gene pool.
  • The introduction of antibiotics probably plays a role as well. (shifting the gut to uptake more energy and expend less.)

[54:33] Modified Ecdy. Where do I get it?

  • Appears to be more beneficial than standard ecdy.
  • Referred to as bio-103, where as standard ecdy is bio-101.
  • Resembles posterone (not Post Malone)
  • Increases # of blood vessels.
  • It is not natural, so it is not legal to sell as a supp in the U.S.
