The problem is not so much the lactose intolerance, this is the least of our problems with diary as this could be treated with enzymatic therapy, not to say that lactose intolerance is not a problem still even with raw milk products as this depends on the state of the GI system and from what we have seen almost everyone these days could benefit from some help in this area. The primary problem we see is with dairy lectins. Second to this is the potential endocrine disruption than can be caused by dairy. Maybe we can go into more detail on this in the next show or if you like you can drop me an email and I can send you more information on this. thanx for the offer! i am listening to the follow-up episode now

I enjoyed this show very much. On another note, are the requests for the ATTACK sample going through? It has been a few weeks and I have not received mine. I just made another request. I noticed after making my request that the subsequent website did not mention my name, despite me entering it. It stated something like, "Thank you, {first name}".

great show. rouse says that milk should be excluded from the diet because we (adults) lack the enzyme to digest it. i wonder if he knows that raw milk still contains the enzyme?
