			<description><![CDATA[I would be curious to hear Brooks' thoughts about reducing soreness and increasing recovery. Performed correctly, these are intensely damaging fast workouts. I've been doing a 1x/week 5x5 deadlifting routine combined with some sprinting and pullups on other days and at only 32 years old, I'm often sore and/or tight in the hips.]]></description>
