			<description><![CDATA[A strong (ha!) show. Inspired me to do more warmup assistance work and shift to the trapbar deadlift for a while. Hit 385x5, a new best for me. I am assuming the bar weighs 45 lbs. I see there is a lot of variability in the weight of trap bars / hex bars online.]]></description>
