			<description><![CDATA[I didn't like this one, you could swap out those 6 foods for 6 other similar foods and get the same results. Like the guy above said, Wild Caught Salmon would be superior to Canned Tuna. I thought we'd done away with this low fat idea. When I want to get lean I cut carbs not fat.]]></description>
