Lifting heavy weight is impressive, and so is lifting a moderate weight at rapid speed. This also would be valuable for athletes who play sports. Also, can you replay your interview with Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell? I'd love to hear his take on perfecting the squat.]]></description>
