			<description><![CDATA[two things.. we now know this about all antioxidants and their potential ability to derail muscle gains and endurance adaptation.. so yes.. even Vit C does this in high enough doses. More is not better when it comes to antioxidants.. and while the antioxidant potential of resveratrol can have a negative effect on muscle gains it's not through downregulation of mTOR and this is an important one because blunting mTOR via a downreg of ALL growth factors will lead to some of the advanced aging issues seen with muscle wasting IMHO.. but yes you are right too much resveratrol can have a negative effects via the ROS pathway.
