			<description><![CDATA[The "bug steroids" are ecdysteroids. They're actually still somewhat common on the market. From my understanding, they're found mostly in plants as a defense mechanism. Basically, by triggering growth, it would cause insects with an exoskeleton to begin malting, and thus will stop eating the plant. There seems to be decent research on it, but anecdotal evidence has seemed pretty hit or miss from what I've seen.]]></description>
