Great show and I will be listening throughout the series. I'd like to hear these guys' thoughts about some of Vince Gironda's ideas even though Gironda focused on bodybuilding as opposed to powerlifting. For example, 8x8 training. Also, given Rob and Wade's success with themselves and others, I am curious about their thoughts on modulating the effects of the intangibles on training (spirituality, stress, social life). I've been going to the gym lately and thinking that it should be a great place to meet people, but it's difficult to approach people focused on training, and also difficult to break one's own focus. How about some stories of Rob, Wade, and Carl connecting with people in the gym? Carl shared a great story during the 9/30/2011 Casual Friday about a very strong former college and possibly professional athlete approaching Carl for a future deadlifting session. I want to hear more stories of that nature.

Thanks HDHITman... We aim to deliver much more of the same in future episodes! I think we've just begun to scratch the surface, of bringing gym ready information to people. Here, I'm talking about stuff you can put to work immediately, in your training...
