Question: I take Vitamin C, a multi vitamin, b-12, garlic, acidophilus, turmeric, and glucosamine. Sometimes I think I take too much. If what I am taking is o.k, should I avoid taking certain vitamins with other vitamins and minerals? Also is there a certain time I should certain vitamins? I am also looking for the learning annex for personal trainers podcast you did. Can you give me some guidance on how I can get these podcasts?]]></description>
