I'm just joking. But I can relate to yout
frustration. It is angering to have our health authorities keep the population misinformed and unhealthy. And I was very shocked to hear FOX state that the Paleo diet being was inferior. It's ok Carl, let them stay weak and feeble, while WE superhumans stay strong and robust. But once again thank you for SHR, I am thankful to have such a great resource available free.
