  • B vitamins, Betaine anhydrous.
  • Pumpkin seed extract, stinging nettle, and saw palmetto for prostate.
  • Copper for the heart. 1mg/ day.
  • GHK-Cu or rogaine for baldness.

  • You can lift heavy or you can drink heavy.
  • It is extremely expensive and can be extremely dangerous.

  • It re-sensitized rob to caffeine, but he never got withdrawal symptoms.
  • Rob has found 2 alternatives to caffeine.
  • Carl has gotten to the point that caffeine does nothing for him.

  • Carl prefers tyrosine.

[56:48] Ground kava to ween off of caffeine or alcohol?

  • Rob would equate it to 2 large glasses of red wine.

[1:06:00] Tip of the day: Train your neck.

  • It will indirectly increase your strength on all other lifts.
  • Protects you from injury.
  • It also has a great visual impact.
