Carl, I"ve been listening to you for years now. The information I've gotten from you is valuable and helpful, but I have to critique you on one point. Please don't take this the wrong way, but maybe you do, but lately, you've really had a condescending atitude to your listeners. When you say things like "Oh, I don't know how people eat that way", or "Dont people even realize how BAD that is for them?" . You have a lot to be proud of, you've went from an out of shape middle ager to being in shape and feeling good about yourself. So, when you're talking to us in your podcasts, talk TO us not AT us, and not DOWN to us. If you actually listened to some of the things you say, maybe you can hear it, maybe you can't. I'm just giving your my opinion on your shows as of late. WIth the rush of information out there, we're all aware of what healthy eating is, but sometimes it gets overwhelming and not easy to eat perfectly all the time. I have more to say, but have no more space here.
