Coach Johnson laid out the Reactive Wave training protocol in the last three episodes for the three big lifts - bench press, deadlift and squat. Today he discusses the most common template modifications to each of the three big lifts. We also discuss hand position in the bench press and grip work that translates to a better deadlift.
