Transcript to SHR # 2335 :: The BluePrint Power Hour

[00:00:00] Prepare to experience the strongest radio allowable by law. She will be revealed miss this about New York. Am wearing cute this never apply it superhuman radio with your host Carl annoy.

[00:00:33] I just realized I have something stuck between my teeth and if this is regular radio, I could pry it out while I introduce my guests on my co-host but I can't do that because I have this camera. I mean, I can't even pick my nose anymore. You did a lot of nose-picking that goes on in this studio when there's not a camera on me.

[00:00:50] Anyway, welcome back to Super Mario. Today is Tuesday, which means it's the blueprint Power Hour with Coach. Rob answers your questions post them here on Facebook if you're watching Facebook. I've [00:01:00] post your question. You'll see it in lights right up here. But of course, let's go ahead and get robbed music going calling all blueprint Army fall in line.

[00:01:12] It's time for the blueprint Power Hour with Coach Rodriguez on the Superhuman Radio Network.

[00:01:22] Rob we should have just tape the past half-hour conversation and just ran that ass Today Show would have gone a long way. You know what? I was when we were talking I was thinking myself I could record this but then I curse too much don't I do curse a lot? That's all right. I'm sure the audience will forgive.

[00:01:40] Yeah, I you know, I'm a typical Brooklyn Italian. I think the f word is actually good punctuation in sentences. All right. So, how are you? I am doing so so I'll get to that in the chip of the day. But we are in with the what [00:02:00] is it the 16th today? Yeah, there is maybe a week or two left in the Tranquil engine super sale that we are running and you can take advantage of that by going to Tranquility in.com.

[00:02:15] And that the spelling on that is tran1 q u IL o GE n Tranquility in.com and you can use discount code TQ, 20 to get a whopping 20% off and that's everything from a single Bond. To a twin pack, which is already heavily discounted and a case of for which I believe the case of 4, is it 30 $30 off 20 or $30 off and then TQ 20 gets you 20 percent on top of that.

[00:02:52] So it really is a fantastic all-around her extracts of curcumin. In rhodiola [00:03:00] plus natural source astaxanthin and 5-HTP great great product. So we actually I thought Robert David said hello Carl and Rob love the show. That's all I could see so I put it up there and he didn't believe that there's like six inches of question it covered your face up to you talk.

[00:03:19] I'm sorry about that. We'll get we'll get you a question Robert a little bit later. We I promise we will. The first question comes from Gabriel Shaw.  Rob in all the time. I've been listening to the blueprint power and reading the blueprint Bolton. I don't recall you ever mentioning power cleans.

[00:03:41] I'd like to do them. I like to add them their explosive movements in addition to Sprint's but I find it hard to have the capacity for them given all the other leg back work that I do. What's your take on them? And where are they in your priority list for someone looking for overall [00:04:00] strength and conditioning?

[00:04:01] Yeah, well, it's a great question and Gabe has against exposed in inherent bias. I have of not performing them which is not to say that they are not a fantastic exercise. They really are. But I think given the technique that is required the amount of time to learn it the excetera ETC. It really should be looked at as its own animal.

[00:04:30] So let's go over some of the pros and cons. First off. It is a very valid compound lifts using. Virtually every muscle that you have. So in that respect, it's excellent my beef with it has always been I was looking to put on as much size and strength as possible. And for me that look, you know, the much easier accomplished with the let's say for example, [00:05:00] the dead lifter in my world today the Trap are dead lift.

[00:05:04] Power cleans will still work flow and part of the reason. Is this although you are limited to what I'll call moderate weights because it has to be moved fast, right? It still works especially for power and explosiveness because of the you know, the math behind Force the amount of force that you can exert is equal to mass the weight on the bar times acceleration.

[00:05:30] So although the weight on the bar won't be what a day. Well, the acceleration should certainly be greater. But then that brings us back to technique. So perhaps more than any other lift besides the snatch the cleaner the clean and jerk needs to be coached. I mean you really should be looking around for some expertise on how to do that now in the world today of the internet, [00:06:00] that's probably much easier found that it.

[00:06:03] Should be when I started to get into power cleans. I called around all the various gyms. And what I discovered was frankly, especially in this country. There's not a lot of real expertise out there on coaching a movement like the power clean. So consequently, I focused my efforts elsewhere what I will say though, and I'm never forget this.

[00:06:28] I went to a seminar once on strength and conditioning out in Boston. And there was a lot of debate between the people in the crowd that were in favor of power cleans and an equal number of people in the crowd that were against them and part of the objections were look it's damaging to the joints.

[00:06:51] You can't do it very often, etc. Etc. But what I will never forget is I walked away from that. This was the biggest lesson [00:07:00] interestingly enough the guys that were at, you know, advocating the hardest for power cleans by far have the biggest backs. So, you know, that should tell you something as to its Effectiveness.

[00:07:13] There's a there's something to Dynamic load. Yeah, like like with a kettlebell, you know that that the wave of muscle.

[00:07:24] Happening in unison. It's just something magical about it does build a lot of strength and it builds a lot of size 2. Yeah, and you wouldn't think so right given the fact that there's almost no negative, you know, at least it is certainly if you're using bumper plates and so forth. I would even Advocate if you're going to pursue this an advocate getting some good coaching number one, but number two, I would have a standalone day where all you do is power.

[00:07:51] And the reason I say that and that's what I was thinking when the question first started when he said where does this fit in? So when he said where does it fit [00:08:00] in the other one?  We have a we have a delay on Rob side right now. Hold on. He loses his internet once in a while. That's what I was thinking when the question first was posed.

[00:08:12] I was thinking you know, what you not you need to go in and just do power cleans or snatches one day. That would be your your workout. That's all you would do. Maybe you do, you know 8 10 sets of them, but that's all you would do Rob. We lost you. I don't know if you.  if you can hear me.  Rob can you hear me?

[00:08:35] Come back? Well, here's we're going to do we're going to move his camera out.  And we go and we'll wait for him to reconnect and once you reconnect I'll bring them into the conversation. But yeah, I would think the power cleans it snatches is because they're Dynamic movements because they put stress on the entire body.

[00:08:54] They really deserve. To be the exclusive movement that [00:09:00] day. I don't think you do it on you know after you've done deadlifts and and and one arm rows. I don't think you do then decide. Oh, I guess I'm going to go ahead and go to power cleans today. Oh Rob, you're on the other side. Now. How do you like that?

[00:09:13] Yeah. I don't know if that was you or me. We've had some high winds up here. Yeah. But anyway, what I said was in your absence basically was I think that if you're going to do power cleans or snatches you. That's got to be that's got to be the session you just do in that movement you do for maybe eight ten sets of it because that movement is taxing to the entire body.

[00:09:36] You don't do it like after you just did deadlifts and one on Rose. And are you going to go over and do power cleans? You know what? Yeah, now I don't know if I cut out before I said this but that's exactly what I said. You know, if you're going to do power cleans put them on and put them on a separate day and just do power cleans.

[00:09:56] You know, it's that so great lift [00:10:00] wasn't my cup of tea, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be yours. Okay, let's go ahead and get Robert David's question in here. We're going to cover up both of our faces here so we can read it. He says hey Rob love the show since you answer pretty much any question.

[00:10:15] I'm willing to assuming to this question is allowed. I am on trt and 52 years old. I'm thinking of adding 25 milligrams of Diana Bowl cycle for only one month.  I have used this in the past. Just wondering about your. Thoughts in regards to my age. My second question is in regards to which supplements are good for the liver protection would milk thistle be enough.

[00:10:42] I'm off to work. So I'll listen later. Yeah. Well my thoughts on that would be this.  Dianabol is a known drug. Right one of the most probably the most popular oral antibiotic steroid, [00:11:00] you know your concerns about the liver. It's. You're thinking along those lines. I don't think 25 milligrams a day for a month is coming do anything to substantial but you know, if you want to be on the safe side instead of milk thistle, I would consider something like to te to you DCA.

[00:11:20] That would be the gold standard but even something along the lines of NaCl assisting of a couple grams a day or the are isomer of alpha lipoic acid. Curcumin those are all very valid liver protectors. One of the thing that I would tell you is this.  I'm assuming you're under the care of a physician he or she should know and you know, no doctors can turn you in to the authorities here, you know, you have concerns about your health.

[00:11:52] Just be aware that if the doctor, you know orders blood work that you might have to explain some elevated liver enzyme [00:12:00] levels, but hey a month of Dianabol. There are certainly other things worse things. You could be doing and better things and this is my opinion. Don't waste your time. You're only going to do it for a month.

[00:12:15] What kind of gains you think you're going to see and it's all going to be water. You're going to piss it all away. And you going to be back to where you were before you did this where you have to be feel like you're doing something risky that you have to back it up with supplements to protect your liver.

[00:12:28] Don't even do it. I mean, you know Diana bowl is not a great drug. First of all from a bodybuilding standpoint. Okay, but it's a drug of folklore. It was the first antibiotic steroid made by seba and sold two guys in Venice Beach and so it's still around but it's a friggin musket compared to two compared to like guided missiles like yeah, buddy.

[00:12:54] You gonna do it for a month. You're not going to see anything. Even if you see the swollen puffy. [00:13:00] That it almost guarantees, you know, it's not going to make you look more muscular and it's going to go away once you come off of it and then you run the risk of who knows what else right? Yeah. Here's the here's another thought rather than go the D.

[00:13:16] And where you're going to the black market, you're not necessarily, you know, you don't know what you're getting. You should be aware that Physicians can still legally prescribed in the United States decada rambling as well as a Navarre and and while those drugs, you know are different than D ball.

[00:13:34] At least you'll know what you're getting is real and consequently, you know, it's more of a known than an unknown. I don't know that. Anna ball is faked with something else these days maybe even if it ain't even if it isn't it's not worth the effort. It's the for a one month if you were going to stay on it for a year because you were going to you're going to become a pro wrestler and you're pulling all the stops out you want to put on as much muscle as possible.

[00:13:59] [00:14:00] Yeah, I get it. You're gonna do you're doing it for a month? What are you going to gain? Yeah, I mean, I would think 12 to 16 weeks of deca what you gain their you be a lot more likely to hang on to write. The only reason why I wouldn't say deck of him is because he's 52 years old and Decca gives older guys deck a dick.

[00:14:20] Absolutely. Even if you're taking higher doses of testosterone the the nandrolone molecule. Effects dopamine up. Yes dopamine up taking the brain and so crushes you libido and and and it gives you a sense of angst when it comes time to have sex because you know, you're having problems in your penis doesn't want to work.

[00:14:44] So I would never older guys. I wouldn't say nandrolone. I like anavar. I like out of our and a bar is a good choice actually since you recommended that I didn't think a lot of guys would but that's a good one because it's highly anabolic. Right. It's not androgenic at all. However, you [00:15:00] will need to take a larger dose, you know out of are usually prescribed to women and it's in very small doses like 10 milligrams and you probably want 50, you know, which is equivalent to a 50 milligram Debo.

[00:15:13] I would take 50 milligrams of out of our day and I've also heard that it's not as taxing on the liver from dr. Depasquale said that one time to me that out of our is not as taxing on the liver as as Dianabol. If it's certainly one of the milder and in there for safer drugs, you know, I'm thinking back.

[00:15:33] I think my HRT guy said he carried 25 milligram and if I'm not wearing pants, yeah, take two of those a day one in the morning one in the evening right go and and and and get yourself a little Viola GH rp6 and take a hundred micrograms four times a day. You'll be guaranteed to eat like an animal four times a day.

[00:15:55] That great let you know because we could turn it up the heat but not putting any [00:16:00] wood in the in the fireplace isn't going to make anything change either. Yep. Yep. Good suggestions all around. Why don't we go ahead and take a break? Excuse me. I gotta get a drink of water. We're going to take one quick commercial break when we come back.

[00:16:16] We got lots more questions. Lots of talk about I had my first official leg training day Saturday. Yeah. I mean really I Squad. I like pressed I even did hip thrust and it crushed me. This is what happens when you don't train legs for a year, but we'll talk about that on the other side. Stay tuned.

[00:16:35] Hey, Rob. Have you ever heard of for sick mattock?  No, I haven't. So for sick mattock became a sponsor and.  I got to tell you something sometimes people become sponsors and I feel like yeah, you know, it's a good product. But I have you know, I've wrestled with caffeine addiction for a very very long time.

[00:16:59] Yeah, [00:17:00] and but I still need a little something to get me into the gym and train. I just need that little you need to feel like something switched in my brain and turned on and I started using this for Sig Matic green tea. It's a it's a matcha tea. No, it's not. Is it a macho? Yeah. It's matcha tea, but it's got lion's mane.

[00:17:22] And it's got ginger in it and even Dylan gautreaux in Texas message because he was asked me which I was using and I told he got it. This stuff is the best pre-workout in the world. Yeah. When was it was the first ingredient it matcha tea, right right lion's mane mushroom, which is a known nootropic mushroom.

[00:17:45] Yeah now think I think about I think about this people are like, oh, come on, like when that when I. It's about these mushrooms because I've been studying cordyceps mushrooms for 20 years cordyceps. Yeah. Well people are like, oh come on. It really makes you feel [00:18:00] awake more than caffeine. Yeah, it does.

[00:18:02] How could that be? Well, how does how does magic mushrooms make you hallucinate? Obviously mushrooms have the ability to do something to your brain. Right? Right. Okay, I'm telling you something. I just take a little bit of take one heaping teaspoon. Throw it in some hot water stir it around and then I add ice cubes the cooler off because I just guzzle it down really fast.

[00:18:22] I'm not really into the whole. You know, I love my t let me sip it her and I got to tell you something. This is by far the best pre-workout ever used. No Jitters all. It's all mental all of it every single bit of it. It's amazing and and they are a sponsor right now. If you go to four Sig Matic.com, /sh are or use the code.

[00:18:42] Shr you'll save they are a fantastic product and I got to tell you I think there are really well kept secret. I don't think people understand the power of these mushrooms like the when I say to them. Oh, well, what [00:19:00] about magic mushrooms? Oh, wow. Yeah. It's like yeah mushrooms can actually affect your brain this time.

[00:19:07] We're not tastic got to check it out. I would love to try it. How long does it take to kick in? Oh on an empty stomach in the morning, maybe maybe 15 minutes 10 15 minutes. You feel it? I all of a sudden I just feel kind of happy. I feel like that's great. Yeah. Yeah great stuff. You got to check it out.

[00:19:26] We will so before we go to another question. Why don't we talk a little bit? Out training for a second because I know that you and I both have some training Stories We want to recover I want to talk about my leg session the other day.  So I haven't trained like since February of 2018 and so my had the foot surgery two of them in 2018 last one in December and I got the boot off what a couple months ago, maybe a month and a half ago two months ago right doctor told me to tread lightly go slowly.

[00:19:58] He said that if you do anything with too [00:20:00] heavy of a weight, you'll literally break the big toe off and we won't be able to put it back on and so because the bones are still fusing and so I went into the gym twice and train legs and I just did leg extensions leg curls the the last time I did leg presses.

[00:20:21] I went up to seven plates aside. And you know, I'm just going to very gently my legs don't have the strength that they had before not near the strength that they had before. It's like starting all over again. It's like starting from scratch, right? And this is what you know, my legs would be even worse right now if I was 61, and I never trained.

[00:20:42] I mean, I can't even imagine like not having any leg strength at all. That's what it would be like. So this last this past Saturday, I went into the gym and Lisa and I we trained that day together kind of like we did a few things together. She was training legs too. And so I started off with like [00:21:00] presses and I just went up to seven plates aside.

[00:21:02] I did 20 reps five sets. I started out with I ended up at seven plates aside. I started out with two I think we two three four. 5 6 7 I guess I started with three I forget was but anyway.  And then from there I went to do leg extensions and then I did leg curls and then from there I thought you know, I think I'm going to try to squat today.

[00:21:23] I feel good and I'm just going to put one plate aside. That's all I'm doing and I thought you know what? I'm going to really focus on a really focus on my form. And I put my ice played my feet out instead of doing the power lifter stance where my feet are out here wider than my hips. I went with my kind of like when you see these Olympic lifters when they get down, you know with the bar on their shoulders and they're about to thrust it up and push it up how they kind of sit in there but goes into where the heels are.

[00:21:57] You know what I mean? You're and the knees the [00:22:00] knees are out here a little bit. So I thought you know, I'm going to try that. So I got deep down with every single rep. I did 10 3 sets of 10 reps. That was it. It felt good. I feel a little shaky. My left foot doesn't really purchase the ground properly yet.

[00:22:14] There's still a lot of swelling in it, but it's okay. You know, I felt like wow that wasn't so bad. I could see putting weight on what I'm gonna stay there. Then a Lisa asked me to help her set up for hip thrusts and I figured well as long as I'm going to help her set em up. I'll do them to only put one plate on each side.

[00:22:30] So just hunt. Five pounds I did three sets of 12 hip thrusts and then I went and I did calf presses, you know the calf press machine that you sit and and I did that with 200 pounds and I did a good solid 15 reps each time with both feet and I really focus on pushing with my left. I tried to make sure I led with my left with everyone.

[00:22:51] And I went home that day and I felt okay. I felt okay. I felt fine. But the you know follow two days, I was crippled. Yeah. [00:23:00] Well, I'll tell you I it sounds like you know, I'm glad that you're back that's fantastic might have done a little too much first thing back, but I'm glad you brought up the issue of hip thrust because often times, you know, guys, look at that movement.

[00:23:15] This A is for women, Oh, no, no, no hip thrust can be done with very heavy weight. And here's here's the best part. There's no vertical compression of the spine. So even if you have to take a week or two off, you might tweak your back from heavy squats or deadlifts hip thrusts are a great movement along with belts watts to get the pressure off the vertebrae but still back on to the muscles and let's face it.

[00:23:43] You know, you do a little hip thrust properly. It's going to help in everything from locking out of squat to locking out a deadlift, right you are pop your head through same motion. Same Oceano II but the next two days I was crushed. I couldn't believe how [00:24:00] sore my lower body was. My entire lower body was sore.

[00:24:05] I haven't done anything like that in over a year. And so it's low. It's a slow road back. No doubt. So here we go. Ian Musgrove has a question. Hey, When coach Rob I've been dealing with some gastritis and gerd of Unknown Origin and I get pretty bad acid reflux halfway through my workouts. That's terrible.

[00:24:24] Would it be detrimental to take Tom's pre-workout to avoid this or any other suggestions? Well off the top of my head. Listeners might be familiar with a little a little tip that I dropped on my on my website and it has to do with the antacid Tagamet Tagamet by label is 200 milligrams of cimetidine hydrochloride, which as I said is sold as an antacid it also has some interesting other properties such as [00:25:00] the last known studies were done.

[00:25:02] I think in the year. Showed weight loss and no small amount of weight loss. And here's the interesting part. They lost it preferentially in the waist and they kept it off for I think it was 12 weeks after the study. They kept monitoring them. It comes with a couple of caveats one of which is it can dramatically in some cases elevated levels of other things that you are taking caffeine is one.

[00:25:33] I'm frankly. I'm not sure if there's any data on the FED room. Although I suspect that may also be the case it also if you're uncertain antidepressants is going to greatly magnify them. So understand it comes with some caveats, but there may well in fact be a real bodybuilding benefit to using those.

[00:25:57] I would go for [00:26:00] baking soda since it's been shown to be an ergogenic and improve the buffering of lack lactic acid lactate. I would use pre workout. I would just use some baking soda small amounts to start out with but remember the if you take any kind of antacid, you know, you're going to rebound from it to the body that the stomach gets even.

[00:26:26] Producing even more hydrochloric acid which makes you have to go back and use it again. This is even true of Tom's or baking soda. It wasn't are you are you the question I have for you is is this happen every workout or just like leg day cuz you're squatting and you're you know, you're pushing into your your esophageal sphincter and opening it up from pressure or is it even when you just do cardio?

[00:26:56] You have the heartburn, but I would I would look to baking soda first [00:27:00] before anything else and then he also said that he ordered some LL 3/7.  And I think that'll definitely help your gastritis of Unknown Origin. For sure. Yeah, two other thoughts. I have heard from people with that. I have had this issue.

[00:27:16] They successfully treated it. So to speak with the Deep green superfoods product and I'm almost positive the name of that product. Was Alka Plex our complex greens that affect did this is also an instance where glutamine might be very helpful. As you know, the stomach lining uses it to repair itself.

[00:27:39] So I don't know if that's going to address your your you know acid reflux per se but look in improving the health. So to. Of the stomach and the stomach lining is only going to help it's not going to hurt. He said he just did an antibiotic round. His doctor had them do an antibiotic round to get rid of H pylori and that [00:28:00] probably is what caused you problems.

[00:28:02] Yeah. That's absolutely the so, you know, I would definitely look to L-3 7, but I would also look to your diet get some glutamine in you take glutamine every single day to re-establish the mucosal barrier. And to help those microvilli heal up. I would probably take I would take 20 grams of glutamine once a day or 10 grams twice a day.

[00:28:28] I would take I would definitely be taking glutamine. No doubt about it. Darcy Clark says.  lion's mane is in a very intelligent mushroom. That's one of my favorite things adding a micro dose of marsh Point 3 to point 5 and 50 milligrams of niacin to the lion's mane is the best way to use it. That's.

[00:28:47] I'll try I'll take my niacin with Mighty sounds like you know, this is mushrooms. Yeah, thank you for the tip Darcy. Yeah, and then Marcus my guard says lion's mane extract not pure [00:29:00] lion's mane powder at that small dose. I don't know what he means by that. This is lion's mane mushroom.  That they're adding to the matcha tea, you know that matcha tea I recall using that a long time ago.

[00:29:17] And getting a very significant lift from it and I was really taken aback because much like you I was using a lot of caffeine up until that point and it felt like caffeine with in terms of focus but - the Jitters yes that I got when I started to go over 200 milligrams of it's really it's you know, what it's really good stuff and a lot of people don't even know about it and they poo poo it when they they like.

[00:29:47] Mushrooms, you know, come on. Give me a break. Yeah, right what which of your body building supplements can make you trip probably. Yeah, I'm much smarter move to use that stuff than the [00:30:00] over-caffeinated pre-workouts. I can't I can't do caffeine anymore has way too many other effects on me that I just don't like anymore.

[00:30:07] I just don't I don't even need it and Musgrove Bingo big compound lifts days. Okay, that's something different. That's something different. How close are you eating to your leg session? Hopefully you're at least an hour and a half past your meal when you go in and train, I mean nothing not even a protein drink because if that stuff is in your stomach.

[00:30:28] It's digesting you start working out. The blood leaves the stomach goes. Oh, we'll just leave this here for now because we have other things to do. This guy wants to pick up these heavy weights. And so yeah food just for mention your stomach and then when you get down and you and you get that ball of pressure as you're lifting heavy you just blow that Asaf that that sphincter open it stuff comes up.

[00:30:52] Yeah. I I'll tell you where I am on this issue for almost the past 20 years. I've been training completely [00:31:00] faster path and I've seen nothing but great benefits from that and a big part of that frankly is your blood brain barrier is wide open. So everything hits harder including, you know, if you're using a pre-workout like you said but the take right that the for somatic take have right.

[00:31:21] I mean on an empty stomach that's a completely different experience better experience. I think you know then. Eating a big meal which we know look we know big meals make you sleepy and you don't want your blood in your stomach while you're training trying to digest your food, right? We wanted in the muscles.

[00:31:40] So take that for what it's worth. I train fasted all the time now, and I've had great results doing just that let's let's go ahead and take this last question here and then we'll take a break and then we'll come back. It looks like Mike beier has a question. Or you Andrew Davis is [00:32:00] Davison says where do you stand on things like carb loading?

[00:32:05] It seems to be a popular strategy, but I'd like more information before starting to do it this I'm glad somebody asked this because if they didn't I was going to bring it up. I think of all the dietary strategies available to and you know, non-drug to athlete and even those athletes that are maybe on HRT of all the available strategies carb-loading is probably the most profound in terms of results once you get it right and so let's talk about that for a.

[00:32:46] Contact number one carb loading via die. I've spoken before about how I'm on the anabolic diet, very low carbs Monday through Friday Saturday Sunday you turn that [00:33:00] around you load the cards back in when you do that. Does a couple of things number one, you're a lot stronger come Monday. It's hard to put into words, but you just walk in there you pick up a 45-pound plate and you think wow man, you know that seems like and in fact, you can go back much earlier than that Vista Rhonda back in the 1950s was advocating for say one big carbohydrate refeed mail every fourth day on a low-carb diet.

[00:33:33] Point being a straight ketogenic diet is probably not optimal for bodybuilding. You're going to have to refeed at some point. Okay, and you really need to time it with your workouts to see the best results. The other area in which carb-loading I think for lifters as big implications is intra workout intra and immediately [00:34:00] afterwards in there.

[00:34:01] I'm talking about things like high molecular weight modified starches of which EFX is karbolyn in my opinion is the Premier product it literally it tastes like a fruit juice or some of the flavored Waters out there. But look, you know starting material is rice corn and potato and the starches are selectively tailored right for the short medium and long chain such that they don't show on you like dextrose.

[00:34:34] They don't make you sleepy they don't make you whole tons of water. It's just a very efficient baby definitely make you train longer. There's no doubt in my mind that if you take karbolyn that 50 Grand. 50 gram dose in that scoop before you go train, you will train longer and harder than you did without it that I can guarantee you, you know and hear myself Yeah final note on how [00:35:00] effective that is.

[00:35:01] I recently added 200 additional grams of carbs a day on the weekends via primarily carbon and in addition to using progenitor X on the weekend and Cynthia June during the week. It's been two weeks. I've gone from 235 to 242 with no increase in my waist and that's about frankly that's about as good as it gets for legal, right over-the-counter supplement.

[00:35:33] So, you know people and people forget it's even if you. 3 3 grams of juice a week. If you're not eating you're not growing exactly. Why do people get it. It's like you got to make that that is 90% of the game forcing yourself to eat again. And again getting it down every single three hours or whatever it is that you need to do, right and in the context of that carb load [00:36:00] weekend, you've got 48 hours and you really need to jam in as many carbs as you can and frankly the.

[00:36:06] This way I found to do that is a couple scoops of karbala and boom. There's a hundred grams. You know, you do that one other time during the day you time it around your workouts and the next thing you know, you are seven pounds heavier all in the bustle. It just so happened that what the hell's going on.

[00:36:26] Are we still here?  I'm here. Okay, everything just froze. It just so happened that yesterday I posted on Facebook. It's a little written paragraph. I think you may have seen it.  That any athlete whose diet is part of their game should be using ghr P6 before every single meal just 50 just 50. Well not just for appetite for for died it actually.

[00:36:56] Increases appetite yes, but it increases [00:37:00] the digestive process food motility moves through you faster, you digest your food more completely and faster. So he went with you have to eat every two hours that in and of itself is quite a job. If you take 50 micrograms of GH rp6 15 to 20 minutes before meal time, you'll not only feel hungry and want to eat it, but you'll be hungry again in two hours.

[00:37:25] Because it ramps up digestive processes everything the food moves fast and you don't get diary. Somebody said oh it sounds like you'll get dire. No, no, no. No. No, you just you your factory just works faster. That's all it is. Yeah that's on that. I don't want people to misunderstand what I'm saying, you know I talked about.

[00:37:49] Since the gym and progenitor X and we talked about ghr P6. Those are all fine products in car Bolin and Thrive. They're all fine products, [00:38:00] you know as a standalone, but when you incorporate them within the context of a. Broader solid eating plan like the anabolic ayat and again time to with exercise when you've got all three of those things working.

[00:38:15] It's not one plus one equals two with one plus one is three or five so Josh so Josh field is watching and we talking about the Kabul and the carbohydrates. So Josh is the guy learned about cyclodextrin of from and Josh is a default devotee of the ketogenic. And he's a former competitive bodybuilder still has an amazing physique.

[00:38:43] And so he's the one that really turned me on to these carbohydrate sources in the right amounts like so what he's saying here is the average person doesn't need 50 grams. No, you're absolutely right and chances are I didn't need the 50 grams. I could have probably got by with 40 or [00:39:00] 35, but I took the the scoop the way it was but he's right.

[00:39:05] It's because you just want that carbohydrates last right up until you're done training so that your blood sugar will come back down again and you go back into fat burning mode again, and that's a very very good point that he puts their we're going to take one quick commercial break and when we come back, we've got a lot of questions.

[00:39:24] We will get to all the questions. I promise you you're listening to. The blueprint power our here at superhuman radio stay tuned. So we have a we have another person on the show too. We have to go. Yeah, I just want to remind everybody you can win a power of power pair of power block dumbbells a 600 dollar pair by going to superhuman radio dotnet and signing up for our newsletter and we don't send the newsletter every day or every week or sometimes.

[00:39:51] We don't send them every month only send them when we think something's important by going to the website. Super game radio dotnet going down to the bottom right [00:40:00] hand side sign up for the newsletter. You'll automatically entered the drawing ends May 31st, and the announcement of the winner will be made by email.

[00:40:09] So go do it. And where's the dog right here Molly the Wonder Pooch? Yeah our latest addition to the family. And she's three month old Golden Retriever, huh? But she's big for three months. Yeah. She's as long as they're healthy, right? She doesn't all she wanted was a home and somebody to love her.

[00:40:33] There you go. Very nice here. Okay, we have questions. We have lots of questions. So Mike beier has been waiting patiently. He says they coach I'm very picky when it comes to my protein powders. I ran into Garden of Life Organic protein with 4 grams of BCAAs. What should we look for when shopping?

[00:40:50] For a protein powder.  This is a really good question and it's different. I think the answer is different for different people [00:41:00] some people for example are looking for.  Non-dairy a vet. So in other words the veggies and is that is that what Garden of Life is because I'm looking right now on their web on the Deep.

[00:41:12] Yeah, it's vegan. It's vegan protein powder. Yeah, it sounds like it. Um, and there are there are several good sources. Of protein that when thrown together constitute of the valid formula, but no matter what no matter no. Okay, so but let's get one thing straight so.  Science science. It's never going to be as good as dairy protein and dairy proteins.

[00:41:35] Never going to be as good as egg protein, right? That's just the God's honest truth. You're never going to absorb, even if it they mix pea protein and hemp protein and they go. Oh, it's got a full amino acids got the same amino acid blend is beef. You're not going to absorb the protein. The vegan protein powder as well as just eating the steak so Dad.

[00:41:53] That's okay, right? So so yes, absolutely a hundred percent agree with you there. If you [00:42:00] can always opt for something like Thrive be simple for the simple reason, but maybe he's vegan. Maybe he's vegan. I mean, I think if you're vegan, you got to make a decision that no matter what protein powder you get.

[00:42:11] It's not going to be that great, but it's going to allow you to maintain your good conscience that you're not hurting animals and you are. In protein, you're just going to have to consume three to four times more of it to absorb protein powders have a PDA.  CC PD H PD H PD X score pdac and that is digestibility and absorption and bioavailability how well it's absorbed in the body and the best is is egg protein it blows Dairy protein away.

[00:42:46] No one talks about it because. It doesn't taste great when they make protein powders out of egg powder, which is the JAMA shelf life. If it's if it's whole leg which it should be it [00:43:00] goes rancid fast, right the fact now I saw somewhere somebody claimed they have a shelf stable whole egg chronic butthole Lego egg.

[00:43:09] Whole leg really really? Yeah, that's impressive. But look whether you're vegan or not and you're shopping for protein powders. One of the best things that you can do is turn that label around and read it. It's either going to say nutrition facts or on the much higher quality products. It's going to say supplement facts.

[00:43:37] The reality is. A product that has supplement facts on it. Like Thrive has to go through a hundred or more quality checks versus a product with a nutrition facts label on it. And you know, don't take my word for it and you can go visit the FDA who looks at these [00:44:00] things and knows that when something is labeled supplement facts, it has to go through many many times.

[00:44:08] Or checks quality control checks then a nutrition facts label. So that's a little tip. You can apply that to all products but it is especially important in my opinion when you're shopping for a protein powder and you know, the other thing is so if you're shopping for a protein powders because you know, you recognize that you need more protein in your diet.

[00:44:28] And if you recognize you need more protein in your diet, then you recognize the things that make protein important and that and so. Really whole proteins are always going to be the best whole eggs, you know pieces of fish pieces of chicken pieces of beef. These are always going to be the best choices.

[00:44:50] The idea of owning a protein powder is it's an alternative. It's a supplement. It's not the meal. [00:45:00] So really if you're looking at protein powders and you sincerely want the best protein powder in the world, you're going to have to start looking at egg proteins and dairy proteins because the vegan proteins are never going to live up to your expectations.

[00:45:14] Mike also says I eat an apple and one cup of Beats before my workout. There you go. That's a nice. You got you got some sugar in there and and you also have some nitric oxide precursors and in the Beats their nitrates. Yeah, and Musgrove said thanks you guys rock he was training and having it when he was squatting and stuff like that.

[00:45:40] Let's see here. What did I miss?  Carb loading on the weekends. Excellent. I've been doing it doing it, right? Yes, and guess who used to espouse that? The mall dipasquale there. It is. The anabolic diet the audubon's I 35 36 37 38 years. Now it was [00:46:00] you know, basically a high protein high fat during the week and then Friday Saturday and Sunday you carved up and mauro's reason for making it Saturday and Sunday.

[00:46:10] He could have easily said Wednesday and. I said no because then you give people the ability to socialize if they want to go to their relatives house. They don't have to know I can't eat that and he said so they eat their carbs on the weekends. It's socially acceptable to so yeah, very true. Very very good people forget what our advance that was.

[00:46:28] And so kudos to dr. Morrow D. And now I'm a good friend Wade Johnson says he wants me to ask you about your new cool t-shirt and Promises to bring PRS. What's that about? I would have worn it today Wade, but it was in the wash. You'll notice though. I still have my Coach Wayne Johnson red t-shirt.

[00:46:51] No Wade sent me a nice guy that he is. He sent me the white light Wade black and white [00:47:00] T-shirt ogre Compound on the back. I'm not quite sure what white light weight light weight means other than is it. Does it refer to the fact that all of. Wait lists are good yard, or does it refer to the fact that he's everybody a white light?

[00:47:18] No matter what they do. I know could you know what, but see I don't see Wade Wade is not that kind of guy. I gotta believe it's white light because he's so good at lifting because waiter waiter, you know Wade has put into dude time and he's not going to give anybody a free all yeah. That's okay.

[00:47:34] He's not that guy. He's not that guy where you're asked him off of there like not give him a lift. Anyway, not right. That's not waste one. I saw that I had. People together in the answer from wait. Yeah, but I will say this next week. I will be wearing the white light weight t-shirt and I'm going to post on Facebook to listen.

[00:47:54] We have the option of supporting certain people in this business [00:48:00] and I would suggest to you that way Johnson is at the top of that list. Into patronize him and by his clothing and someday he might reveal the wave loading method that I have it. I we did three shows and I have the actual transcribe files of Rios.

[00:48:21] I gave them to him. I said wait I said just massage ease into it. Yeah, that would be fantastic. Okay, so we don't have any more questions to ask and it looks like the crowd is is calm down. We've answered their question. So now I want to talk about something and that is you asked me a question about LL 3 7 for toenail fungus and I said yes that stuff rocks.

[00:48:45] I had not I had to toe nails that had fungus on them II didn't take the L3 7 for that but at what much to my surprise the toenail fungus is gone. Glam beautiful nails growing out of those toes again unbelievable. Right? [00:49:00] So now for the little bit of levity and humor for today's show, I want you to tell people on the show what you did to solve your toenail fungus problem.

[00:49:11] And I promise you folks. This is the highlight of the show. So pay very close attention. So what you discovered you had toenail fungus and we know what they look like. They look like petrified toenails. They look like they're made out of old wood that's been. Boat in the ocean for 6,000 years.

[00:49:27] Okay. So you decide to do what to them? So about 20 years ago, right? I've got it. I've got it on every nail on my feet, you know in retrospect. I did the worst thing in the world. I wore socks all the time. But anyway be that as it may I got home from a business trip and I got out of the shower and I looked and I said God damn it.

[00:49:46] It's time to win this Wharf so I went downstairs. I grabbed a pair of pliers and I ripped. Single one of them straight off and it looked I was standing in the shower. It [00:50:00] look like a scene from Norman Bates in the blood everywhere, right? But wait a minute get it gets better folks. Listen, you do not want to go camping with Coach Rob and God forbid you hurt yourself because he'll be like, oh, we just cut the foot off.

[00:50:14] Don't worry about it'll be okay and he'll cut your foot off. So it's so so then you decide to chemically cauterize the toes because they're bleeding so much you like. Oh I got to put my. Its back on a little while. So you pour wat on your toes. I poured straight 91% isopropyl alcohol right over.

[00:50:33] How'd that feel that feel good? I bet huh. It made the pain of ripping him off feel like a walk in the park. This is crazy. I said to Rob have you ever had a toothache? I'm expecting him say yeah. I got a vice grip and I just pulled it out. And could you imagine could you imagine this guy in Brazilian?

[00:50:54] It's so he's he breaks his arm. Breaking your neck. Oh, I broke my arm. That's pretty cool. [00:51:00] So even with all that the fungus will return. Okay, so it's mocking you the fungus is mocking you. It's making fun of you. It's like look you ripped our homes off, but we're still here down here in this little thing over here.

[00:51:14] We're still here. So it's still there and I'm looking around one day and of course, you know, I'm fond of dogs. I picked up the Peta pause nail sander that we were using on our dog's nails, right? It's like a Dremel. Yeah, I sanded what was left down to white dust now. Let's be clear about what was left.

[00:51:39] I want to illustrate for the audience. Okay, because I've see I've I've actually lost a nail so I know what it looks like. So when you lose a nail the cuticle has a nail bud. Built into it and it points straight up like a tombstone when you lose the nail, right if I right or [00:52:00] wrong. Yeah. I'm a Glee.

[00:52:01] Remember I saved you. So you just sanded it down you like I understand that down the whole thing. So coach Rob has feet like Fred Flintstone. Apparently remember Fred Fred Flintstone's feet even that's what coach Ross has. It kind of looks like a divot on the. Of course, you know where the used to be the never but listen, they look a million times better.

[00:52:26] Send it down to this white kind of powdery substance, then they would by letting it grow and and listen. My reasoning is very simple. I went to speak to my doctor the doctor explains to me. The only treatment we have is some sort of pill. Yeah. It's very powerful to antifungal. It's very very powerful.

[00:52:45] That is horribly liver toxic. You need to take it for a year if it works and because the insurance companies consider it a cosmetic and not a real medical problem insurance doesn't cover. [00:53:00] So that's when I decided to take the bull by the horns or the pliers in this case and take care of business.

[00:53:07] But now you can just do you could just do 50 days of LL 3 7 in it's gone. Well, we were talking before I got on there. I listen to one of your shows last week in the talking about the L3 7 this like really kills toenail fungus that might be preferable that I what I wasn't even looking for that and I have had so many people LL 3/7 is made so many people reach out to me on Instagram everywhere.

[00:53:33] I tried it my digestive system. That's so great. I don't get bloated anymore and my toenail fungus went away. It was like I know. Yeah amazing. So so now that I've probably only needed every male and female listener. I just I thank God you didn't have a daughter. Right and I would have been her birthday party and you would have been tasked with taking her the girls for manicures and [00:54:00] pedicures and you would walk them with the pliers.

[00:54:02] Okay, come on who wants to go first, but pull your toenails off. You'll never have to worry about it painting them ever again, you know, what's interesting about that though I dated. Girl, and one of her nails was infected, but it's not nearly as bad for women because right they can wear something like nail polish right and sort of cover them right?

[00:54:23] But listen, it's a problem that affects Oh, I thought you were going to tell I thought you were going to tell us that you pulled her. No, yeah, I can fix that for you. Come here. Let me get my pliers. I keep them in the car. You like that that's funny. That's hilarious. That's the funny that's got to be the funniest story.

[00:54:40] I've heard this year so far that because you had toenail fungus you pulled your toenails off with your pliers. I have to excerpt this conversation and put it on Instagram for the world to hear. This is so good. This is so good. And in my wife still loves me. Oh, I'm sure she loves I bet he got cute feet.

[00:54:58] Now. You probably have feet like Fred [00:55:00] Flintstone. I'm telling you. They're probably gonna listen is better than having infected Nails. That's how I look at it. It's better than having infected nails. That was great. I will get to take a less commercial break and we got the blueprint tip of the day stay tuned.

[00:55:15] Welcome back.  So there seems to be a theme in life lately, huh? Yeah, unfortunately, and it's a recurring thing, but it's something that we need to talk about and it's something that we're going to continue to talk about because I'm getting sick of going to funerals. I spoke a few weeks ago about a cousin of mine who hung himself suffered from depression that was on the heels of another cousin who hung himself because of depression and issues with alcohol.

[00:55:56] Last week my wife had heard [00:56:00] that a very close family. Had also committed suicide in his name was Alan. I'll just leave it at that Alan and I'm going to read just from a little card that was given out at his funeral because I think it's pertinent to everyone that's listening. It says I shall pass through the world.

[00:56:26] But once any good therefore that I can do or any kindness that I can show to any human being let me do it now.  Let me not defer nor neglected for I shall not pass this way again.

[00:56:52] I had known Alan because.  I was always invited to Christmas Eve [00:57:00] at Jen's parents house.  And in fact, just three Wilson three and a half months ago.  I sat next to Alan who was an Air Force veteran and I have a keen interest whether you know it or not in military technology. High-performance military aircraft and Alan just so happened to work on those.

[00:57:27] He was a veteran of Desert Storm 45 years old. He was in really good shape. By all accounts, he was a very happy guy. I mean we talked for probably an hour, maybe two and in the course of that conversation, he was laughing and he was joking and he was just as jovial as you could be. He has a beautiful wife.

[00:57:58] In a sixteen-year-old [00:58:00] stepson who had already lost his biological father. That's a suicide but a loss is a loss.  From what I understand and I don't have all the details Allen left his wife a three-page note.  And he also left a note for his son. I don't know everything that was said but. Part of the note read.

[00:58:30] you'll find me deep in the forest.  Do not come looking for me because it's not going to be pretty.  Just call nine-one-one, and I'd like my ashes sent to my mother in, Texas. And so Alan went deep into the forest.  And I'm sure in a moment of profound sorrow.  Blew his brains out [00:59:00] with a gun.

[00:59:03] And so we get to the funeral last night and I hugged his wife and I didn't know what to say.  She was just crying and before I knew it I then. Stood in front of her 16 year old son Jackson who was a great great kid.  So what do you say, you know?  I looked at him and I extended my hand and as we shook hands I said you need to be strong for your.

[00:59:38] I think I still don't know if that was the right thing to say. I dunno it hit him right between the eyes like a ton of bricks and he looked back at me and I'm hoping it was the right thing because he sort of smiled. You know, you were talking about a kid who he had heard. His [01:00:00] cousin had just broken up with her boyfriend and this is just after his father killed him.

[01:00:06] He texted her.  Wanting to know if she was doing okay.  That should tell you what kind of kid he is.

[01:00:18] Listen, I'm getting sick and tired. Of going to funerals.  I don't know if Alan talked about his depression. They certainly never never exhibited any signs of it around me. But Carl is you and I were talking earlier about this.  Men are not known to share their feelings at least most of them. Well now, you know, you were just had a party with this guy, right?

[01:00:47] Yeah, well we at Christmas I mean the guy was in good spirits right incredible. He was telling jokes. He was laughing right? But here's my point. Nobody weight goes to sleep. Thursday [01:01:00] night wakes up Friday morning goes man yesterday was really a crappy day. I think I'm going to kill myself right people kill themselves.

[01:01:08] They put a lot of thought into it sometimes weeks sometimes months sometimes years. Yeah, there's a lot of there's a you know, I mean you don't you because you're not sure you're going to be able to do it. Should I put it use a gun? You know, then there's no turning back. Maybe I'll take pills some will find me and they'll bring me back to life.

[01:01:26] So there's a lot of thought that goes into killing yourself and it just amazes me that these people are out in the world and they look completely normal to us. They're not even they're not even like him slipping your note. Like when he shook your hands and you open it up. It goes my wife beats me at night help, you know, it's like, you know, they just they look like everybody else at all of a sudden one day you here, they hung themselves like, dr.

[01:01:49] Crisler.  Yeah, there is no billboard that says I'm depressed.  You know. And that is the problem when it comes to men in my opinion.  [01:02:00] So I did a show many many years ago that talked about a study that showed that boy babies cry more often than girl babies until they are either four or six years old.

[01:02:13] I couldn't remember that before and I don't remember today. I think it's six but.  and we all know why that is right. They don't just lose their need to cry. They're told that they shouldn't cry. Hey, boys, you don't cry. I laugh it off stiff upper lip, you know.  When you look at that phenomenon, and then you look at the phenomenon in mature men adult men highest rate of suicide.

[01:02:45] More than women so more women attempt suicide but more men commit suicide but a successful at it. They killed themselves. They don't take a couple pills and then they called her husband and say I'm dead. I've just killed myself, [01:03:00] you know, there's a lot of women attempt suicide men get it done because that's what we do.

[01:03:06] Right? We get stuff done right woman incarcerated addicted to drugs and alcohol more men. Mental institutions more men living on the streets. We are the endangered sex men we go to war we died millions of men died for this millions of men died for that. When you go hunting you could own you got to have a special tag to shoot a doe.

[01:03:34] You could take a buck. No problem. You don't need anything, but other than regular license Take a Bow. Yeah, and and listen, we're living in a time where unfortunately.  Men are not being spoken to or if they are. They're getting very very complex sometimes, you know, seemingly contradictory messages about what it is to be a [01:04:00] man what I can say about what it is to be a man is.

[01:04:06] If you hear someone that sounds depressed or even looks depressed.  It might save their life if you try to talk to them about it Cassie. How you doing? Right because now think about this. For them to broach the topic with you. It's not a very manly thing because that could be considered asking for help.

[01:04:32] Right and how many of us has been are actually going to ask for help, but you know, I think about it. Obviously it's an issue in my family and you have a responsibility and I would argue an obligation.  If you have children to have that discussion with them I sat here. Maximus, you know month ago when it happened again in my family.

[01:04:57] He's 13 years old. He's a carbon [01:05:00] copy of me at that age showed. No emotion. He doesn't get excited. He doesn't get. You know from what I can see weepy. He keeps a lot inside but here's what you need to understand about that Still Waters Run Deep. And so we had a conversation about how it's natural to feel sad at times during life, but that it is not natural nor healthy to stay low and sometimes get lower and stay there for long.

[01:05:37] It's of time where?  And I think this is this is the Crux. This is the you know the point at which guys unfortunately hurt themselves when they lose hope when someone is without hope. Then they don't realize that tomorrow's a new day. [01:06:00] You know tomorrow tomorrow's the day we're all of this could turn around and believe me.

[01:06:05] I was the guy at the end of my rope.  And Carla nor was the guy that told me you don't know this yet. But you're going to be sitting pretty at some point in the future real pretty and as I sit here today, that's exactly where I am. And so I would have never ever thought being as depressed as I was that my circumstances would turn around to this extent.

[01:06:38] And so I again, I think it's important that you have that conversation with someone if they're exhibiting signs of being depressed. But more importantly address it proactively if you know it's going on in your family. Like I said, you have an obligation to talk at least talk to your kids and explain to them about what's normal.

[01:07:00] [01:06:59] They sometimes he gets sad and what's not normal. You can't get out of bed during you know to face the day.  There's real help and there's real hope and. That doesn't mean you know, you need to fix their issues. It does mean you make them aware of the fact that there's real hope and real hope and you get them professional help.

[01:07:25] And by the way, some people just need someone to talk to Yeah, because sometimes you just need to get it off your chest. Yes, exactly quickly when you stay in your head and your own head, right? It spirals out of control. Right, and so we're hoping in the next few weeks to have a color a very special listener that reached out to me after I spoke about issues with depression and interestingly enough.

[01:07:55] She came across sh are not because she was you know, a weightlifter whatnot. [01:08:00] In fact, she just does a little little bit of cardio, but she's been blind since birth and lives on, you know, listening to podcasts and she discovered hours because we were discussing this issue and I think about that a bunch of meat had sitting around talking about training diet supplements drugs, but.

[01:08:21] Someone like this comes across our little world in the context of depression and I think it's an important discussion that we have. So we're going to keep having it. Yeah, I like it and I would even tell you know, my listeners and my customers if you have had issues with depression and you're willing to talk about talk about them and hopefully, you know, the comeback story that.

[01:08:50] Will inevitably have if you keep fighting then I would love to hear from you absolutely hundred percent. I would love to hear from you. It takes [01:09:00] guts, you know, it's it's not easy to sit here and say hey man, I've had X number of people in my family and and I was I was that I was there almost myself, you know, that's not an easy discussion to have.

[01:09:17] If it saves one life hell, yeah, it's worth it. Hell. Yeah, the website is coach Rob register.com. You can also communicate with Coach ruggish their learn more about his products and his.  supplements that big changes big changes by the way coming to the website soon. I would say within the next month.

[01:09:42] Big changes and some surprises along the product line to very cool very cool. And that's it for today's show. Tomorrow's Wednesday tomorrow. We're doing a show about glyphosate. It's about a book called whitewash. Oh cool and it's about how the cover-up of [01:10:00] science has led us to this point. We are now in and this is a theory that you know, this is people people are like, oh climate change, you know, we're going to be gone way way way before.

[01:10:11] The planet gets too hot if we keep slathering ourselves and chemicals.  Yeah, and we do every day and that's another topic for another day. But sunscreen versus you know, protecting your skin from within instead of without. That's right. That's right. Absolutely. And that that evidence is there that what you eat makes it into your skin and either will protect you or actually cause.

[01:10:36] Skin cancer, so that's another issue. I look that's it for today. We'll talk to everybody tomorrow. Thank you for watching. Thank you for your questions. Thank you Darcy. He says great show. We'll see you by tomorrow next

[01:11:00] [01:10:53] time.
