Some Questions Answered
Reid Jackson
I don’t have much time to train. Between 3 jobs, a family and other interests I can maybe get in two workouts a week. Sometimes for an hour but more often for just half an hour. What’s the best way to go about it?
Don Owen
I heard a show where you said PeptoPro really wasn’t worth it, then I see where its hydrolyzed casein. But I now see advertisements for hydrolyzed whey. That would be better, right?
Jerry Byers
I’m a prepper, or someone who prepares for the worst. While I don’t expect to build muscle if I have to bug out, I would like to keep it. Any tips on what’s best to bring to eat?
Art Barr
Why do I still see ephedra listed as being in some products? I thought it was banned?
Tony Massaro
I used to be built but have lost almost all of my muscle. Like a good 40lbs worth. I’m down to 140lbs, and it isn’t a healthy looking 140. The weird thing is that I sort of expected this from giving up lifting, although I continue to eat normally – same way as when I was lifting. Why is that, and what can I do about it?
