SHR # 2594 :: Unique Safety Issues Associated With Virus-vectored Vaccines: Potential For Theoretical Consequences of Recombination with Wild Type Virus Strains

Share

Keith Bell

The COVID-19 vaccine will be a virus-vector vaccine. In 2003 and 2013, the World Health Organization convened informal consultations on characterization and quality aspects of vaccines based on live virus vectors. In the resulting reports, one of several issues raised for future study was the potential for recombination of virus-vectored vaccines with wild type pathogenic virus strains. Our discussion today assesses this issue formulated by the Brighton Collaboration.

Show Notes:

[8:40] dangers of viral vectors found in vaccines.

[10:30] Fauci’s role in funding pharmaceutical companies.

  • Project bioshield.
  • No liability for injury resulting from drugs under project bioshield.
  • Gain of function research.
  • 2014: funding moratoreum was established under Obama administration.

[23:11] If you teach a cell to put spike proteins onto a virus, will the cell stick exclusively to that virus?

  • This opens the possibility of weaponizing previously conquered viruses and amplifying the sars-cov 2 virus.

[25:10] The success rate of a potential vaccine.

  • Success rate could be linked to the status of the gut at the time of vaccination.
  • The proteo-bacteria levels, that are found to be higher in obese mothers, is linked to higher rates of autism in the child and could also be responsible for the higher viral susceptibility in obese individuals.
  • These proteo-bacteria also bind to sars cov-2 and could allow for translocation of the virus throughout the body.

[36:00] vitamin d.

  • Keith feels that the gut microbiome plays a large role in vitamin d production.

[39:25] Why do minorities have higher levels of gram-negative bacteria?

  • Could it be an abrupt change in diet?
  • There is a documented correlation with migration to the U.S.
  • Loss of prevatella and gain of bacterioides.

[1:02:16] What is the difference between a young gut and an old gut?

[1:03:35] Prebiotic and HMO’s

[1:10:00] how does the microbiome affect the vaccination outcome?

  • Low bifido leads to higher gastric pH, which leads to an immune response that can cause injury.

[1:13:00] Kefir grains.

  • 48 hours in the dark is when it becomes lactobacillus dominant.

[1:23:23] Stool testing via the gut club.
