The BluePrint Power Hour

[5:31] Rob’s opinion on the study showing no results from ecdy on rats.

  • It used turkesterone from Spain (not Uzbekistan), which does not have the same actives.
  • The turk was standardized to 20-OH ecdy.
  • Subjects underwent no physical exercise.

[17:10] How do you develop your calves?

  • Rob feels that a different stimulus is required.
  • A gain in bodyweight (weight vest) will add up over the weeks.
  • Jump soles are also a valid approach, but be careful and go slow.
  • Prioritize calves in your training (train them first in the week and workout, or give them their own day).

[23:52] Does Synthagen need to be taken with creatine?

  • Creatine boosts hypertrophy.
  • Synthagen boosts recovery, wound healing, and injury repair.

[38:30] Rebuilding size and strength in a below-the-knee amputee.

[42:12] Bromantane.

[43:50] BPC-157 orally with Mk-677 for injury?

  • The MK-677 is not recommended.
  • The pituitary gland is designed to pulse GH, not continuously bleed it.

[49:00] Delta-8.

[50:45] Caffeine inhibits acute creatine absorption.

  • Dose 6-8 hours away from each other.

[57:30] Best way to avoid injurie for a football player.

  • Balance activity with recovery and take planned off time.
  • Find a good chiropractor.
  • Listen to your body.
  • Measure your waking pulse rate. > 8 bpm above average indicates an over reached state.
  • Don’t make stupid decisions about your health ( alcohol, drugs, etc)
  • Eat enough.
  • Get your hormone lab ran- testosterone protects the brain from TBI.

[1:09:46] Which type of creatine is Rob using?

  • Creapure
  • Kre-alkalyn
  • Creatine HCl.

[1:11:38] Carl’s water based testosterone.

[1:12:25] Best natural aromatase inhibitors.

  • Resveratrol
  • Grapeseed extract
  • Stinging nettle
  • Cox inhibitors- ginger, curcumin, Omega-3’s
  • Vitamin C and zinc.

[1:18:14] Suicide vs. non-suicide aromatase inhibitors.

[1:22:05] You can absorb more than 20g of protein per sitting.

[1:31:37] Tip of the day: What it really takes to be hitting on all cylinders in strength training.

  • Progress in strength or some variable of overload.
  • Know when to push and when to back off.
  • Diet is on point to match training.
  • 7-9 hours of consistent sleep. Do not take prescription sleeping pills.
  • Supplements are not necessary but can help if you have the other pre-requisites taken care of.
