- It used turkesterone from Spain (not Uzbekistan), which does not have the same actives.
- The turk was standardized to 20-OH ecdy.
- Subjects underwent no physical exercise.

- Rob feels that a different stimulus is required.
- A gain in bodyweight (weight vest) will add up over the weeks.
- Jump soles are also a valid approach, but be careful and go slow.
- Prioritize calves in your training (train them first in the week and workout, or give them their own day).

- Creatine boosts hypertrophy.
- Synthagen boosts recovery, wound healing, and injury repair.
