  • Look into the Warrior Diet and the Animalbolic diet.
  • You are most likely giving up some gains, but the solution is to just not practice it all of the time.
  • Your first meal dictates what your body does in a metabolic sense. ( aim for a smaller first meal.)

  • Statins should not be your go to.
  • They don’t prevent first or second heart attacks.
  • Get a calcium screen done.
  • Niacin is th gold standard of treatment.

  • 100mg will show diminishing returns.
  • Leads to rapid weight gain.
  • Disrupts calcium signaling channels.

  • Calcium tests are the endgame to lipid profile tests.
  • Train hard and consistently.
  • Incorporate intermittent fasting occasionally.
  • Keep carbs lower on average.
  • Consistently get 8-9 hours of sleep.
  • Rob uses liberal amounts of antioxidants since his 20’s.
