Guest: Randy Roach
The Hunza are some of the longest lived people on the planet and unlike the Okinawans, the largest majority of Hunza not only live well beyond the ninth decade of life and well into the 11th decade of life, but also are active members of their society at these later ages. They also receive far less attention than any other population of Centenarians. Much can be learned from them.
