Transcript to SHR # 2386 :: New Product Review: DripFit

[00:00:00] [00:00:00] Carl Lanore: [00:00:00] hey, hey, welcome back to another episode of superhuman radio. Today. We are doing a new product review. I like to do this from time to time. I like to give people a chance to reach the audience when I think they have an interesting product that fills a need but also obviously works and today my guest is Brenly Cunningham.

[00:00:22] How you doing? Friendly?

[00:00:23] Brenley Cunningham: [00:00:23] I'm doing great. Thank you so much for having me.

[00:00:25] Carl Lanore: [00:00:25] Yeah, so we met at the Arnold this year right in. Yeah, and I went up to your booth and your booth was crowded a lot of people around and you were out front and we started talking and the product is called drip fit and it is actually a it enhances the body's ability to perspire right now.

[00:00:49] This is a very very unique idea. This is not something that I've ever seen. I mean, I've seen spot fat reduction products that hardly work. And you weren't positioning yourself as that [00:01:00] you would like know this intensifies your body's ability to sweat and so I'm sure like a lot of people I want to know more about it and the audience is going to want to know too.

[00:01:10] But tell me why like, how did you come up with this idea? First of all, it's a really unique product. I have never seen anything that claims to make the body sweat better than other than wearing those old sweat suits when I was a kid the the plastic ones.

[00:01:23] Brenley Cunningham: [00:01:23] I've seen a lot of those.

[00:01:25] Carl Lanore: [00:01:25] Yeah.

[00:01:26] Brenley Cunningham: [00:01:26] So something that's really special and spectacular about our product.

[00:01:28] If it isn't is backed by science the sweatiness that you achieve through using our product is a by product of the science of what's happening within your body. So this helps your body work better at a cellular level. It's actually increasing your circulation vasodilation and blood flow to the muscles.

[00:01:44] We have two active ingredients and that's why I feel we're in a totally different category than any other topical. It is a cream and when you put it on within minutes, That cream is absorbed directly into your cells. So we have magnesium chloride magnesium chloride is essential especially for [00:02:00] athletes.

[00:02:00] So many athletes go about their lives. Deficient in magnesium which can cause a plethora of issues health issues long term. So this is giving your muscles what they need in order just to work and function optimally and properly so ATP production magnesium is a cofactor. We do anaerobic exercise crossfitters powerlifters hit training.

[00:02:23] We need that ATP so we can increase the ATP production. We can increase the energy that the body can put out we can go for longer go harder go faster and. The greatest part about magnesium is it helps people recover. It is the world's greatest the most organic form. It relaxes your muscles and it's a vasodilator.

[00:02:42] So it just helps the blood flow get those muscles. So even if you're not looking for weight loss, it's great for people who are using it for strength and conditioning. If you use it on your biceps, you're going to notice within minutes that you're going to become so much more. Leave a second active ingredient and that's casserole casserole has been used for many [00:03:00] many years in the Natural Health the health department and

[00:03:05] Carl Lanore: [00:03:05] environment area right

[00:03:06] Brenley Cunningham: [00:03:06] environment.

[00:03:06] Yeah, it helps with topical circulation. Not only does it help increase the blood flow typically. So doing what magnesium does at a cellular level but it also helps shuttle toxins to the liver. So it helps with lymphatic drainage. And yes, we know that the liver does the job of getting the toxins out of the body, but why not help the liver out a little bit we.

[00:03:25] Mel pollution in the air all the time. It's going to cause a Slowdown of our natural organ. Its we are around smoke were around all sorts of chemicals in our day. So it's going to help get rid of those toxins in your body. So again, it's a health product. It's not only a sweat intensifier, but because of those active ingredients, it really does help increase that the body's efficiency which makes you sweat a lot more so it's incredible for so many reasons, but what we've noticed.

[00:03:55] It's dual action. So people who are suffering from cellulite [00:04:00] cellulite. It's not something really that you can get rid of with any type of activity food. Yes detoxification a hundred percent. So if we can Aid in that detoxification, I know we're going to talk about cellulite a little bit more later on right?

[00:04:12] That's it. That's a key. So it does help pull subcutaneous water from the skin which gives you an instant results. So when you look in the mirror, you see that instant tightness, but at the same time, it's working at a cellular level to give you long-term results.

[00:04:25] Carl Lanore: [00:04:25] So one thing that I think of right away magnesium improves insulin sensitivity on a cellular level it Dad and so post-workout increasing insulin sensitivity means that you're going to shuttle more glycogen into the muscles that that that's that's another thing.

[00:04:42] I just thought of while you were saying this but what. Where did the Genesis of this idea come from? Where you competitor? Were you thinking to yourself? Wow, if I could just get this to happen? I'd be so much better off. Is that where it came from?

[00:04:56] Brenley Cunningham: [00:04:56] So sorry. Yes. That was your original question.

[00:04:58] And I love to talk so you'll [00:05:00] have to hold me. Oh,

[00:05:00] Carl Lanore: [00:05:00] no. No, no. No, you're doing great. You're doing great.

[00:05:04] Brenley Cunningham: [00:05:04] Yeah. Well, I was actually pregnant and I'm a personal trainer. I mean a personal trainer for over 14 years and my health coach. I have my Sports Nutrition certification, and I'm also doing holistic nutrition.

[00:05:13] So I have a background in health. This as well as Kinesiology and I was pregnant I was training quite a few doctors and nurses in the labor and delivery Ward out in Richmond BC and I was wanting to use some product to make me feel good about my health and about my results along the way of my pregnancy, but it needed to be safe for my baby.

[00:05:33] It needed to be saved for me during that time and I did so much research. I had already done so much research anyways for my clients, but not necessarily for pregnancy. And there was nothing there was nothing that they said you can a hundred percent trust this to put on your skin to put in your mouth.

[00:05:47] Whatever it may take you need to be aware that things may have fillers things have they have binders preservatives. So that's how this idea came to fruition is how can we create something that is so [00:06:00] wholesome and so significant for the body no matter. Stage you're in and what part of your journey you're in and it can be safe for you for the baby for breastfeeding.

[00:06:11] And so I got into compounding pharmacy and I went through so many different formulas. It took me at least a year to come up with the actual drip fit that we have today and I had an incredible group of people who wanted to try it with me. So we had a trial group of 10 at my studio and then all of a sudden that trial group of ten turnt-up 30 turn to

[00:06:30] Carl Lanore: [00:06:30] 60.

[00:06:33] So what did the what did the trial group notice early on that that you knew right away. Wow, this is going to be magic. What did they notice when they use?

[00:06:42] Brenley Cunningham: [00:06:42] So something so spectacular about this and I'm so proud of this one of the girls in the trial group. She was on a Dragon Boat to dry land team that I had done the training for and she took it to her doctor.

[00:06:52] She suffers from extreme anxiety eczema. So she says to her doctor. Can I use this because she used she was using steroids and whatnot for her hands, [00:07:00] and he said, you know what? It's all natural. You can give it a try do it on spots now with dripped it. You have to put your hand into the jar. So she was using it on her stomach.

[00:07:09] She's putting her hand into the jar and over two. The crafts on our hands completely healed and her eczema almost went away completely. This was a this blew my mind. I knew it was great for skin. It was great for different type of rosacea again. Think about underneath your eyes. Think about those black lines what you need you need circulation.

[00:07:28] You need blood flow. I knew it was going to help with those things when it gets to eczema psoriasis its antibacterial people's acne was clearing up and this was just over a couple of weeks of use. However, the sweat production was. Incredible so my studio we would have our clients again. I was doing dry land training.

[00:07:45] So that's 30 people minimum in a class at one time. Our floor was we had to walk it throughout the throughout the session because there's so much sweat on those floors. So it really they noticed incredible results. They don't notice their confidence. So I [00:08:00] had them send me back a breakdown of the formula.

[00:08:03] They used the scent that they had tried. That was all very I tried to make it subjective objective. I tried to make it scientific but also, Just what their opinion of it was because we were going to be putting it out to the market hopefully and they ended up choosing the sent that we ended up coming out with first, which is lemon.

[00:08:20] They ended up choosing the formula because it worked the best for all of them and the amount that they felt confident after their workouts every workout. It was a challenge to sweat more to do more to go harder to go heavier. They were noticed strength increases endurance increase as they were noticing a difference in their body with only a.

[00:08:40] Weak so that was a I'm just filled my

[00:08:43] Carl Lanore: [00:08:43] heart Darcy Clark just came in. He lives in Canada. Actually Darcy. This is a product. That's that's in Canada also, so we're going to talk about that and they shipped to the us we have a great deal on this. If you want to try this product and you're going to hear a lot more about it right now.

[00:08:58] They're the code shr [00:09:00] 15 will not only get you 15% off but free shipping into the United States as well. So keep that in the back of your mind will show you that again in a little bit so. How long is the product been available now?

[00:09:12] Brenley Cunningham: [00:09:12] So this all happened my first daughter is 3 years old and I started production when I was pregnant with her.

[00:09:18] So we're going on our third year. Birthday, so it's B. It's a very very new it's a baby. We're doing a clinical study on it as we speak right now out in the states by a third-party third-party Pharmacy actually and they had interest in us because they started to research our product research our ingredients and saw such an incredible incredible.

[00:09:39] Carl Lanore: [00:09:39] What is the goal? What is the goal of this of this trial to to find out what what it what are the endpoints that you're looking?

[00:09:48] Brenley Cunningham: [00:09:48] So often people will say it's just water weight. So we do have a band and I know we haven't spoken about that right now. We do have a hundred percent neoprene FDA-approved band.

[00:09:56] And the band is the ego part of the product [00:10:00] 100% If you only see the bad I can understand why people would think it's only water weight now is water weight important to get rid of as well 100% people look and Dima people. And water retention people who are doing a show people who are going out to prom and want to look a little bit tighter.

[00:10:14] So that's really special for them. However, this works is giving you a long-term effect from allowing your body to work more efficiently. Again, that magnesium is crucial for your muscles to recover and for you to be able to get up and go to the gym again in the morning. It's an anti-stress mineral.

[00:10:31] So it's going to help people with their mood. It's going to help people just work better throughout the day. So not even just in the gym. So during the clinical study we're going to be talking about skin care we're going to do a measurement reduction. So they're going to be taken measurements across the entire body.

[00:10:47] And then there's going to be a comparison weight loss is going to be really interesting and then metabolic rate. So when you use the band on top, it does increase your body's natural heat production when you increase your heat production, and this is probably what you [00:11:00] were talking about both those suits way back people you can use garbage bags because it did increase the amount of heat that you had in your body and made you perspire more.

[00:11:08] So you're losing. Water a hundred percent, but if you do that over and over with a. Blocking in the cream to help absorption of those active ingredients you are going to see longer term results. So it's not just that water weight. So that's what we're trying to they're trying to show with their clinical study and there is going to be a placebo group.

[00:11:27] There's a control group there is an active group and I make so excited to hear what they come from because they loved our product it was them who reached out to us. It has really nothing to do with your fit and I'm just excited to see how much they're their clients and our customers love. You

[00:11:42] Carl Lanore: [00:11:42] know, what's really interesting.

[00:11:43] So Epsom salt baths have been attributed with the improving recovery allowing your body to actually give up water weight better sleep changes in insulin sensitivity. Basically [00:12:00] what you've done is you've encapsulated an Epsom salt bath in. And people can wear it wherever they go, which is remarkable because most people sit in a bath of Epsom salt for about what if they're if they're patients it up a half hour most people get in and out in 10 minutes.

[00:12:14] It does nothing, but you actually can wear. So can you wear this throughout the day? Obviously, you're going to want more right, but you can wear it throughout the day.

[00:12:22] Brenley Cunningham: [00:12:22] So you put a little bit of a lighter layer on your body. It will absorb almost instantly there are fatty acids in this because we do you have an oil base.

[00:12:30] We also use lanolin, but it's extremely healthy and hydrating for your skin to use every single day. I'm pregnant right now with my third child. I use it every single night right before I go to bed. It helps with stretch marks it helps. Wrinkles lines and helps with dark spots on your skin helps people with rosacea.

[00:12:45] So people use it as Skin Care on their face throughout the day. I have it on my arms. We came out with a brand new scent which I'm going to discuss a little bit later because it's just so tremendous of what it represents. Right? And I'm using it on my arms right now. I'm using it on my cheeks right now [00:13:00] my children use it every single day.

[00:13:01] So it's not just for the gym. You can use it every single day and like you said, there's so many people suffering from so many ailments that are because of magnesium. Yes, I did compete you did ask me that so I competed for many years and I did very well funny enough. I went to the Arnold's but before I had my children and what are you?

[00:13:20] Carl Lanore: [00:13:20] What are you and why are you in Fitness?

[00:13:23] Brenley Cunningham: [00:13:23] I should have been in Fitness. I am because you have

[00:13:25] Carl Lanore: [00:13:25] so much energy and you you know, you remind me of like a cheerleader almost you know what I figured out but she was in Fitness. Yeah,

[00:13:31] Brenley Cunningham: [00:13:31] I saw that it was my dream to do Fitness, but I wanted to start with figure actually want to start with bikini and I had quite a bit of muscle because yeah soccer player.

[00:13:39] I was a dancer I did gymnastics and I just had the body type to be able to do it. The body has changed for it dramatically over the years and I got pregnant and so the Arnold was the last show I did and then I got pregnant just months later. Trish and I did do Epsom salt baths right before my show before I got my tan, right because it did help pull out [00:14:00] that excess water.

[00:14:01] So that was a determinant of one of my reasoning for having a museum in our formula. And I know we're not talking about sit fit but we do have another forming another formula that a product that we use sip it as an electrolyte. It's a hundred percent. Pure electrolytes drink.

[00:14:16] Carl Lanore: [00:14:16] Oh, this is good because I was going to say I would imagine.

[00:14:19] Okay. Well, we're going real fast. I want to put something up. Are the Darcy Clark who lives in Canada says it looks like you put a lot of research and consideration to this product. Sounds like a great product better than competitions product out there and I don't know who the competition would be.

[00:14:33] But thank you for see what I do. What I do want. I did want to ask you was you know, if you're giving up a lot of sweat you're giving up a lot of sodium predominantly, you're not giving up some Magwell and you got magnesium in it. So that's covered, but there's other things, you know calcium. And potassium and so on that come out in sweat, so I would imagine if you using this product round-the-clock a lot often.

[00:14:55] Let's say getting ready for a competition. You probably do want to supplement with electrolytes. You have a product [00:15:00] or.

[00:15:00] Brenley Cunningham: [00:15:00] You bet ya. So again, I have a science background and it was extremely important for me our whole mission of drip. It is bringing Health back into fitness. So we're not just giving you a product that it will get it's going to work.

[00:15:12] No, we're giving you a product that has scientific backed up research showing why it's going to work in y is going to help your body. Now, we know we're increasing the amount that you're sweating and we need to replenish so we have and I know in Canada there. I don't know of any other company that it's just primarily electrolytes that your body needs and the the milligrams are based on athletic performance.

[00:15:33] So it's based on those athletes were really depleting themselves every single day. It's essential minerals exactly. What you said magnesium sodium potassium and calcium giving your body what you need to thrive is rehydrating your cells. So, yes, we're pulling it out. We're helping the body work more efficiently through the cells were also replenishing the cells to make sure that you can again get up.

[00:15:54] Faster get back to the gym. It's a great for cognition. So people who are dehydrated you're [00:16:00] taking out water away from your brain. That is so essential that we rehydrate where our thinking caps are. So that's it fits against we have drip fit that's topical and sit fit that you take orally it's a it's a drink it is incredible for rehydrating

[00:16:16] Carl Lanore: [00:16:16] very very interesting.

[00:16:18] Let's see it Bill showed says. Product sounds awesome charge less for the band. I have the same from another company they do wear out. So I don't know if he's asking if you charge less for just the band. I'm not sure what the question is. Maybe you can

[00:16:37] Brenley Cunningham: [00:16:37] so are the great thing about being American not I'm Canadian your American great part about you guys.

[00:16:42] You you shop on our website and you get it in American and Canadian fun story. So it's actually almost. Half the price for you as it is all

[00:16:49] Carl Lanore: [00:16:49] because of the difference in currency value interested. Yes.

[00:16:53] Brenley Cunningham: [00:16:53] Yeah. So if you do purchase from our website, you will notice it'll say 38 99 for the band. But then with the conversion rate, [00:17:00] it's usually around 25 to 28, depending on what the dollar is that day.

[00:17:04] So you guys get a steal of a deal are bands like my band has lasted for a year, but I take very good care of my band. A lot of people don't they abuse their band they go check out our Instagram right now people do waterfall Wednesdays and. It's ripping off those bands and it's dripping everywhere and again, depending on how many times you use it per day.

[00:17:24] It is going to wear out a hundred percent, but we are great with customer service. And if anybody wears out their band before they should we will absolutely deal with you personally and make sure that you're a happy customer

[00:17:36] Carl Lanore: [00:17:36] and does the code shr 15 for 15 percent off plus free shipping. Count for everything on the website.

[00:17:42] So if somebody goes there because they want to buy drip fit but there then they see the bands and then they see some I know you have some other products does that does that count across the board for everything at the.

[00:17:51] Brenley Cunningham: [00:17:51] It does everything so you guys can get drip fit the drip it sweat and sweat belt.

[00:17:56] We also have athletic attire. That's so cute. If you [00:18:00] want to look, you know trendy at the gym. We also have sit fit and Fitbit. I would love and encourage you guys to read a little bit more about because it is a fabulous spectacular product. That is a it's a necessary product for every single person who even goes out and goes for walks every single day.

[00:18:15] It doesn't need to just be in the gym, but it replenishes you and the amount of mental cognition that you can. Can enhance is tremendous me being pregnant? I'm a little slower.

[00:18:25] Carl Lanore: [00:18:25] Ha ha ha, but it's temporary. It's temporary

[00:18:28] Brenley Cunningham: [00:18:28] temporary. Yeah, after three. I don't know about how much I get that but it really does just give me that that alertness and it's not a stimulant.

[00:18:35] There's no caffeine. It's literally giving yourselves what they need in order to thrive every single day. So it's pretty fantastic. That's a whole website for you guys.

[00:18:43] Carl Lanore: [00:18:43] There you go. That's that's pretty awesome. And there's a lot of good stuff there. I want to take a commercial break and when we come back, I want to talk about your mission because you know, you're you're energized when I met you you were just so personable and you so energized and it's [00:19:00] clear that you have everything.

[00:19:01] It takes to be a success but it seems that there's a mission that started because of the loss of a life of someone, you know. And I want to talk about that and talk about the mission of the company when we come back. How's that?

[00:19:14] Brenley Cunningham: [00:19:14] Sounds great. Okay.

[00:19:15] Carl Lanore: [00:19:15] The website is is drip fit dot c a sh are 15 will get you 15% off plus free shipping into the United States as well take advantage of the strength of the u.s.

[00:19:25] Dollar right now and save even more we'll be right back with more of Brenly Cunningham. Stay tuned. Welcome back we're talking about drip fit. The website is drip fit dot see a 100% all-natural sweat intensifier. With a 2001 skin benefits, I think that's pretty cool. There. It is show it showed and so yeah, someone just messaged me and said would this be good for bodybuilders?

[00:19:51] And of course it would because coming and dry means that you're not sweating when you're on stage you have you've depleted all of the water [00:20:00] beneath the skin and you have that dry look which actually emphasizes and magnifies the leanness of the body and muscle structure. So I would imagine bodybuilders could use this as well getting ready for a competition 100%

[00:20:14] Brenley Cunningham: [00:20:14] We have so many bodybuilders actually went into a local supplement company yesterday and somebody came out to me who is a bodybuilder who is competing.

[00:20:21] Oh I have this look at. Beautiful beautiful.

[00:20:24] Carl Lanore: [00:20:24] Oh, yeah. Oh, he's gonna drip that thing on. Yeah, very

[00:20:28] Brenley Cunningham: [00:20:28] good everybody. Yeah, we have a little bit of everybody using it because there's so many reasons why it works and why it can be helpful for people who are athletic as well as people who are just trying to see results.

[00:20:40] So like I spoke about before the Magnesium is almost instantly absorbed into the muscle into the cell increases that circulation vasodilation. It actually helps with strength and helps with testosterone production. So it's incredible just throughout the journey not. Just for the reduction of water weight at the end.

[00:20:57] We've noticed that people's abs have been tighter year-round. So on [00:21:00] their off season and they're getting stronger in the gym. We went to the Vancouver Pro show the other day. We had a man come up to us, and he was you know, he was reasonably vascular. Just standing there, right? He was using the shape.

[00:21:12] I'm going to say and we had him put it on two arms and I'm going to get done in our marketing guy here and our Graphics Guru he's amazing, but he filmed it and he only put it on his left arm. He did 20 push-ups. He came back up and we videoed his right arm and his left arm and his left arm was tremendously vascular the veins that were popping from this one side.

[00:21:33] So again, it's just going to increase what a circulation what it's what it's going to do to you is going to help more blood flow to that. That you're working and is going to help you recover faster go longer go harder. So 100% every body builder should be using

[00:21:45] Carl Lanore: [00:21:45] magnesium has been known to relax smooth muscle when we talk about smooth muscle we talk about blood vessels and arteries.

[00:21:52] So it makes perfect sense that this would make you appear more vascular because what's going to happen is as these blood vessels and arteries relax, [00:22:00] they get bigger and they allow more blood flow through them. So another thing that I just thought. I would imagine that this has a relaxing effect when you put it on do you do people tell you that when they put it on they kind of feel relaxed.

[00:22:14] Brenley Cunningham: [00:22:14] So the most incredible thing is night. I spoke about it before that magnesium is the anti-stress mineral rights. That's what it's deemed as so people use it for anxiety. They use it for a lot of illness as well as. Just relaxing the muscle heart issues. So think about your organs. And so people use this at night time we hear

[00:22:35] Carl Lanore: [00:22:35] what I was going to ask you could you put it on before bed?

[00:22:37] Yeah,

[00:22:37] Brenley Cunningham: [00:22:37] and I and like I said, I put it on every single night for bed on my growing tummy because I'm pregnant and not only does it help with that the stretch marks and it increases collagen. Production and retention, but it's also going to relax your body. There's more blood flow. You get better sleeps people take oral magnesium and the issue with the oral magnesium is it can really cause a [00:23:00] lot of gastric upset for a lot of people it has to go through the GI tract in order to get out and be dispersed into the body, but with topical magnesium you minimize that completely and you're putting it into an area and it goes directly into that area.

[00:23:13] So it works systemically. So let's say I have an injury in my leg, but I'm using it on my upper body and my torso. I'm still going to get magnesium whisper into that leg. In fact in

[00:23:23] Carl Lanore: [00:23:23] here and you're bypassing the first past liver degradation, which is going to try to remove it from the blood but more importantly there's more and more evidence that people don't absorb magnesium as well as we thought there is a there's a form of vitamin B6 that's actually not really be 6, but because it's a.

[00:23:42] It's paradoxical phosphatase. It's also known as P 5 p and more and more people have less and less p5p in their body because of diet and microbial issues in the gut [00:24:00] microbiome P 5 p is required to truly absorb to shuttle magnesium into cells. So what you're doing is you're bypassing that whole metabolic.

[00:24:10] Transition by putting it on the skin and making a go right into the cells that way it's that's really interesting. I would imagine that rubbing a small amount on the stomach and even some on the side of the neck

[00:24:24] Brenley Cunningham: [00:24:24] would

[00:24:24] Carl Lanore: [00:24:24] would make people fall asleep fast.

[00:24:26] Brenley Cunningham: [00:24:26] Absolutely on the back of the neck as well.

[00:24:28] And on the temples people are using it when they had migraines. So if we have something called Polar Ice, it's one of the flavors. It says it's a Wintergreen and the Wintergreen from the peppermint family or from the mint family really helps just relaxation as well. There's so many medicinal benefits to that at the same time as with the magnesium and castor oil.

[00:24:46] So it's helping people with tension headaches. It's helping people with migraines of helping people with stress reduction and that was again something I'm not cleaning it. You can read all of the testimony. We get from people and the incredible uses that they're seeing [00:25:00] benefit from I have somebody Carl that uses it on their legs every single night.

[00:25:04] And guess what she suffers from Ms. Multiple sclerosis. I can't heal a mess. There's there's no there's no way it's an autoimmune issue. However, if we can increase circulation and blood flow to an area that she no longer feels that blood flow in and it helps her get out of bed every single morning and walk around and be with her children we've won that's something I did not anticipate that's something I couldn't be more proud of everything.

[00:25:26] So we are tapping into different demographics that I never anticipated and it's helping people in tremendous ways because it's a scientifically backed product with scientifically backed ingredients that are going to help you from a cellular level.

[00:25:39] Carl Lanore: [00:25:39] So how many different scents or what do you call you call it sense how many different flavors how many different scents are there that you had?

[00:25:46] I saw the I encountered the lemon it smells so great. It makes you want to eat it. It smells so good. What other what other scents are?

[00:25:54] Brenley Cunningham: [00:25:54] So funny that you say what do we call it? Because there with drink it it's a hundred percent all natural. There's no preservatives. [00:26:00] No fillers. No binders nothing artificial in it whatsoever.

[00:26:03] So when you say sense, sometimes people think fragrance and fragrance have chemicals in it. We don't use fragrance we. Food flavoring and so the reason it smells so good that you can eat is because you very well could eat it because of the different ingredients that are in it. It doesn't taste the way it smells.

[00:26:20] It tastes very salty. So I wouldn't suggest to either but. But you know what people have their dogs looking at off of them. I got you can use it during breastfeeding. So if let's say you have it on your chest and the baby does get it in their mouth. It's one of

[00:26:32] Carl Lanore: [00:26:32] her come here

[00:26:33] Brenley Cunningham: [00:26:33] will not hurt them.

[00:26:34] And that was so important for me that it could not be harmful for anybody. We as adults we sometimes think about other people before we think about ourselves, but this was an opportunity for people to think about themselves and other people around them. So we have lemon which is our first ever one that I told you my clients The Chosen then we have butterscotch.

[00:26:53] Anything work that butt or scotch and that was named by one of my clients that pretty special. That one does smell like [00:27:00] food though. So if you're in prep, you might want to avoid it because you may be inspired to eat it which I wouldn't forget we have Polar Ice. Which again is the Wintergreen and then kept piña colada, which I have right here in Pina colonics.

[00:27:15] Coconut and pineapple. So it's very summery. It's great for for people who are going I would

[00:27:19] Carl Lanore: [00:27:19] remind me of the beach if I smelled piña colada, I would think of the beach right away.

[00:27:24] Brenley Cunningham: [00:27:24] Yeah and just speaking about beach girl really quickly. A lot of people are using drip it on their sunburns. So it has a lot of healing benefits to it we have.

[00:27:33] Yeah, we have ho who bought oil again. The lanolin we have coconut oil. So the shea butter. It's really going to be helpful to to rehydrate and heal the skin from the outside in so there's so many reasons for our product to work. Not only did I want to give it a reason scientifically of why it's going to help you sweat more but it also had to be really hydrating and really healthy for this game.

[00:27:56] So things that the skin is craving. Anyways, we're giving it and [00:28:00] we have this very last one. We just came out with. Sorry, because you asked me about flavors. And since this is our brand new unicorn and this one is very important to me because it is for a cause and we spoke about this before the break it has Shimmer in it.

[00:28:15] So, I don't know if you guys will be able to see the Shimmer at all on our here. It is your

[00:28:21] Carl Lanore: [00:28:21] yeah, I can see it. I can see it. Yeah, like little red. There's some red in there. Yeah. Yeah.

[00:28:25] Brenley Cunningham: [00:28:25] So it's very beautiful on and you can use it for women as a highlighter. We hope that males use this because of what it represents and I don't know if I'm allowed to speak about it right now, but I'm going to is that okay?

[00:28:37] Yeah

[00:28:37] Carl Lanore: [00:28:37] board. No. No, of

[00:28:39] Brenley Cunningham: [00:28:39] course so our unicorn drip, it represents never letting anybody dim Your Sparkle and making sure that you never dim your own Sparkle. We want to put a little bit of extra light into this world. We want to make people remember that they are truly. Special just from being themselves.

[00:28:53] We want to embrace uniqueness. We want to embrace you. Being different being different is so [00:29:00] beautiful. But sometimes it's done and the body shaming and racism and sexism. We're trying to put a stop to all of this. We're trying to break free of stigma stereotype hate and we're trying to bring a little bit love more love back into our community because unfortunately it can be lost in all of the things that people do every single day to.

[00:29:21] For themselves people can look in and judge you and that one judgment can totally deter you from what you're what you're trying to do and we are doing partial proceeds with all of our drip fit actually this month but in. because of this to the mood disorder Association of Manitoba. And we're trying to help bring back mental health not bring back mental health in a way that it was never present.

[00:29:45] But in a way that it was not always supported. There's always a stigma to it. There's always been judgment about it. Whether people have stress disorder as well. Whether people have bipolar manic-depressive just low in the day. [00:30:00] We need support we need to be a community and that's what you're fit.

[00:30:04] It's so much entails is that we are a community to help people no matter what part of the journey there in no matter if it's physical health or mental health. We're here to show you that there is support and we're here to lift you up or here to make people rise. So we are doing for partial proceeds of unicorn as well as all of our website sales to this this Foundation.

[00:30:25] Like you said earlier before the break. I did unfortunately have a loss in my family my cousin. Committed suicide three years ago. He was only 33 years old and he lost her. And his mom devoted her life my auntie my Aunt Bonnie. She's on our website right now. So please do read the story. She devoted her life to help support be an advocate.

[00:30:46] Not only people who are suffering from Mental Illness, but also their families and we need more of that. We need to take away that stigma and take away people trying to be something that they're not because there's expectations put on

[00:30:57] Carl Lanore: [00:30:57] that social media has blown it out of proportion in my [00:31:00] opinion

[00:31:00] Brenley Cunningham: [00:31:00] hundred percent.

[00:31:00] I

[00:31:00] Carl Lanore: [00:31:00] mean, you know, you look look we all look I wore glasses when I was very young up until I was. Is all that was fat then I lost all my weight my teens. I got fat again later on after I got married, you know, I don't care who you are. Nobody feels like they belong that's the that's the LIE everybody deep down inside doesn't feel like they belong and everybody's just kind of is fronting and making believe they feel like they belong but the reality is that with social media today.

[00:31:31] You know, you could feel weird back in the day and it was just four or five friends that would make fun of you today. It's the whole world. They don't get to make fun of you on Instagram or or Facebook or what so it's it really is a problem today and I want to say something else so. I've given a lot of thought to mental illness just as of recently and and the reality is that when we say the words mental illness we think of somebody who's got schizophrenia.

[00:31:59] We think [00:32:00] of somebody who has bipolar disease. We think of these aberrant types of personality disorders that are very obvious and they actually preclude people from being able to function normally in life even children on the Spectrum for instance, but there's a larger number of people out there who have this droning feeling just below the surface they go through life with that.

[00:32:26] They're not as good. That life sucks that you know, they just don't feel right. Their perception of their problems is much bigger because the chemistry in their brain is making them feel overwhelmed. Like there's no way out no way out and these are the people at the greatest risk, they're quiet.

[00:32:51] They're silent there next to you one day and the next day they're gone because they commit suicide and. So mental illness, unfortunately [00:33:00] carries a stigma because as soon as you say mental illness you immediately think of schizophrenia bipolar disease, you did all these diseases that make people, you know, really difficult to deal with I almost feel like the word mental illness has been so stigmatized.

[00:33:16] We need to come up with a new word. Like, I don't know mental unwellness because you can be unwell, right you can have a little flu. It's not going to you're not going to die from it. You're going to overcome it and there are degrees of mental challenges today in our population worldwide. That could be overcome just with some simple tweaks to diet exercise more sunlight better sleep.

[00:33:43] I mean I could go on and on and those are the people at the greatest risk because those are the ones that have a toe in the. World, but they also have a toe in this other world where they feel that they just can't cope and there's no other way out because they're there the device that they're using [00:34:00] to assess their life is the device that's kind of tipping a little bit

[00:34:04] Brenley Cunningham: [00:34:04] and you know what that's like that one comment on social media can tip them over to the other day.

[00:34:09] Carl Lanore: [00:34:09] Yeah. Look we lost we lost a good friend this this year. Dr. John Chrysler who? Contributed more to Men's Health than any other single doctor in the world with his books on testosterone therapy and his all things male website for decades committed suicide this year. We did a show about it. We paid homage to him earlier this year.

[00:34:32] No one saw it coming. He appeared like he had everything he had a thriving business. He had a beautiful girlfriend. He would he was he was a keynote speaker at different meetings and all of a sudden one day. They find them hanging in his garage. So, you know, it's it's something pushed him over the edge.

[00:34:49] We just we talked about it something made him feel like life wasn't worth going on and and really life was worth going on, but it's just the way he was looking at things was a little crooked.

[00:34:59] Brenley Cunningham: [00:34:59] That's what [00:35:00] and that's exactly why we're trying to do what we're doing is we're trying to give people hope and if we can encourage people who feel healthy in their own life to add a little Sparkle to.

[00:35:09] Life every single day. We can make a global difference right now at Carl we're doing a drip it Mental Health Challenge and we're encouraging people to take part. Please do view our video on our social media and it's different people from different walks of life that you wouldn't anticipate them to be a part of this that they have dealt with mental health issues themselves and they're throwing the drip bit to each other and it's all about we are in this race together.

[00:35:32] We are passing the Baton. It could be from Victoria to New York. It doesn't matter where it's going rawr need to be working together. Order to build awareness and help support help support of the people that you don't even know need it one in five people in Canada suffer from some sort of mental illness.

[00:35:48] And that doesn't mean all the things you just labeled. I'm talking Eating Disorders. I'm talking just stress disorders anxiety. How many people around you if you alone have not dealt with that yourself the [00:36:00] next person that you ask that you see no matter where you are has dealt with. Is that not incredible so we can build it and we can give a little bit of light to people's life and we can just be better people all in all we can give hope we can bring that sparkle we can bring back that that happy in someone just even for a moment just even for a day let people know that they're being supported let people know that they can come on up come come reach out to us and we will help refer them and resource out for this jerk fit help mental health challenge right now.

[00:36:30] We've been across we've been in Kansas we've been in. Seattle we've been in Ontario. We're heading out to Sweden. We're going out to Dubai. There's so many people taking part in this just to raise awareness about how crucial understanding and supporting giving hope to people who suffer from mental illness or not.

[00:36:51] Whatever you want to categorize it out.

[00:36:53] Carl Lanore: [00:36:53] And it sometimes it's sometimes it's just Perpetual sadness, you know, you just feel sad about your life. You feel said nothing changes you feel [00:37:00] like you can't get out of it. You think to yourself? Why go on? We've all been there every there isn't a person in on this planet.

[00:37:05] That hasn't been there. I don't care who you are because no matter what you have you always feel like something is missing because that's part of the human condition. I want to take our last commercial break and when we come back, I want to wrap this up in this discussion. I want to thank Troy Gibson also for saying this he said these shows are the best lots of great health information.

[00:37:22] It's the truth because we Traverse a lot of stuff and it's all part of Being Human, but the goal is to make people. Superhuman stay tuned. Welcome back. We're talking to Brenly Cunningham about her brilliant product drip fit and all of these products that came from the drip fit brain, and I want to remind everybody that if you go to drip fit dri PFI TDOT, CA.

[00:37:49] And use the code shr 15 you'll not only say 15 percent off everything on the website, but get free shipping and that includes into the United States and I can tell you I ship product of Canada. It's [00:38:00] not cheap to ship between the United States and Canada. In fact, I wish our administration's there and here would make it easier for us to do business across the borders by changing what it costs to ship things.

[00:38:13] I mean, it's just terrible terrible when you look at the distance of shipping something say. From Minnesota across the border a mean it's so expensive to do that yet. You can ship from Minnesota the same distance South and it's it's four dollars. It's $5. It's just we could be doing a lot more business across the border of the shipping companies would make it a little bit more convenient for us.

[00:38:39] But anyway, so this is a noble cause you are looking to help people who have. Some challenges and I think that's wonderful. I think that's a really really good thing to do and you didn't have to do that. You really didn't because the product is doing well. I know it is it's a fantastic product people love it.

[00:38:59] It's [00:39:00] very Noble of you. Very very Noble of you.

[00:39:02] Brenley Cunningham: [00:39:02] It was put on this Earth to help people and I didn't know what that meant until this came out and truly. I knew I wanted to be a mom. I knew I wanted to change people's lives. Like I said, I'm a personal trainer. I knew I was able to help you with diet exercise changing their life from the outside in and I truly wanted to commit to people from the inside out because that's what's going to give you longer term results.

[00:39:21] Carl Lanore: [00:39:21] Absolutely. In fact, I just used that exact term. Beauty From the Inside Out Last a lot longer than Beauty from the outside and you know, everybody goes out and they get BOTOX and they get facelifts and they get all this other nonsense. But if you do the right thing for four or five years, you'll have all those same results and it stays with you because it's from the inside out your organs a healthier.

[00:39:41] Your brain is healthier and everything else, but you know, everybody wants everybody wants a quick fix friendly. I want to thank you so much for being on the air with me today.

[00:39:49] Brenley Cunningham: [00:39:49] I appreciate you having me I'm so happy to be spreading the love into the states and to New York to be with you as being an honor and

[00:39:56] Carl Lanore: [00:39:56] how can people reach out to you if they just want to communicate with you.
