The Kansas Department of Agriculture has determined that a Federal Crime was committed against The Murphy's and needs to be brought before a Federal Court of Law. It is illegal to spray within 1/4 mile of a residence: mean while Santa Fe Trail High School was just sprayed again days ago. In the Murphy case the commercial spray rig went so far as to trespass on another persons land just to spray him, his mother and three police officers recording video in the winter of 2016. Keep in mind before this the same people had killed his father the same way in 2003 as medical records prove. Robin Murphy was then accused of crimes he did not commit to keep him from legal action at that time.
