- Foot position make the trap bar deadlift a more quad dominant movement.
- Box squats are more posterior chain in nature.

- Use a standing ab crunch as heavy as possible for 2-3 sets.
- Speed squats: 40% 1rm with doubled up mini bands 2-10 sets of 2.
- Glute ham raises.
- Strive to take the stress off of your lower back.

- A possible conflict could be that consumers want a product to be under 1 dollar per serving.
- Ecdy doesn’t work through just 1 pathway.

- Glucosamine- oral works. Injections work better.
- Cissus works fast.
- Boswellia serrata.

- Osteoarthritis is an auto immune disorder.
