You and Carl have mentioned something called Methoxyflavone before, saying it came and went years ago. I just saw it in a new product making the rounds though. Is this stuff any different?

This may be a stupid question but I really need some help. I’m 23 years old and love running, hiking and all sort of HIIT cardio. My problem is that I have several bunions on each foot and they cause severe pain. Can you offer any suggestions

I’m eating a ton of protein – 300g/day but not growing. I work out hard too, and my sleep is on point. I’m also still in my late teens so any idea what’s going on?

I heard a past show where you say the best nootropic for most people is Modafinil. Why did you say that, and is there anything legal that comes close?

On Ketone’s.. The two company's I know of who use Ketone Esters, not salts, are KetoneAid and H.V.M.N. They both combine 1,3 Butanediol and Beta Hydroxybutyrate to exogenously induce hyperketonemia. Since 1,3 Butanediol converts into Beta Hydroxybutyrate in the body naturally, could one simply buy D-1,3 Butanediol (100ml for around $45.00) and consume that instead? You'd have to calculate the amount based on body weight, but would it have the same affect?
