I personally take 2 grams a day of the Astragalus Extract by mouth using a teaspoon and wash it down with water. It tastes like a cross between cocoa powder and weak coffee. Some think its tasty. I like to take it late in the evening as I feel that during sleep is when I want to increase telomerase. This is just my personal approach and you can take it at any time of day.
