I think Alisa got my squat work and deadlift work mixed up when she said that.. I was working my way up to 550 that particular day and had 500 in my hands when I injured myself Rick. Three days earlier I squatted 720 for 3 reps on a PowerSquat .. so I’m assuming that’s what she was thinking.. I didn't catch it time to correct her.. I will address this on next CF.

Did I hear Carl say he tore his hamstring while deadlifting 750 pounds? What a huge number. I would enjoy hearing you two talk more about your training. It would help to interrupt the negative mood I sometimes experience Casual Friday as conveying. I appreciate the service you offer by informing us of the facts behind many health-related stories, just looking for some reprieve during the middle of the show. By the way, I laughed out loud twice during the beginning portion, although I forgot why.
