I'm in a repair mode, caring for my adrenals, and do a couple hard workouts a week, a couple medium purposely leaving fuel in the tank, with a lot of general moving and some sprints. Now, I take 4 caps preworkout and none after unless it was one of those hard workouts. I feel youthful, vibrant and excited to workout. My "sense of well being" is there - best way to describe it - young. I couldn't walk up the stairs before because I felt so burned out and now I go for extra jogs. :)
