SHR #1280 :: CASUAL FRIDAY ::

Share

Co-host: The Lovely And Talented Alisa Profumo

LIVE REMOTE FROM THE FLOOR OF THE OLYMPIA EXPO - The Olympia was an exercise in sensory overload! We've never seen so many strong people in one place at one time as we did in Las Vegas this year. The LivOn Labs team was awesome and we had a great time working with them.

I hear sound in my download. It sometimes cuts out completely though. Props to whoever figured out how to mix the audio so we could hear the hosts without background noise. By the way, I'm listening now and agree that eating bugs might be A-OK. I had a traditional preparation of grasshoppers in Oaxaca, Mexico a few years ago and it was like shredded barbecue! Beats me how they pulled that off. Like Carl said, I'm good as long as I cannot look at the meat and easily think "bugs".

Carl, Dr. Perlmutter would be a good guest. He did a great show with rob wolf a few weeks a go.
