[6:25] Does Blackstone Labs Euphoria contain illegal ingredients? It seems to work too well.
- PEA- only lasts around 5 minutes.
- CDP choline.
- 5-HTP
- N- acetyl l-tyrosine.
- Orchalean- alledgedly reduces mental fatigue, but there are no human studies on it. Furthermore, none of the companies using this ingredient are standardizing for the active compound in it.
- Based on the history of the company, it is possible that the product may be spike.
- Another possibility is that BSL found a way to extend the release of the ingredients.
- Cellulose could potentially extend the release of PEA.
[12:45] A neuro panel is not really a neuro panel.
- Blood levels are not indicative of what’s going on in the brain.
- The gut makes 90% more seratonin than the brain, but it never gets to the brain.
- The brain can actually create its own insulin to shuttle glucose to it in times of need!
- Phenylalanine can serve as substrate for PEA.

- Creatinine levels do not move in a linear path..
- Always request a copy of your labwork.
- Ephedrine could have played a role in Rob’s kidney issues.

[26:30] How much of a difference does one’s training method make?
- Usually a structured plan is better than just winging it.
[40:30] How would you train to lose 20 lbs? Will Bronze Organic help?
- Do not crash diet.
- The best fat burning workouts are combinations of bodyweight and free weight exercises.
- Rob advises use of the TRX for many movements.
- Every 3-4 workouts, Rob recommends training at a slower pace with heavier weights.
- Bronze Organic is not touted as a weight loss supplement.
- Diet is essential.

- There is a lot of bad science out there.
- This study, however, was funded by WADA.
- If ecdy didnt help athletes, it wouldn’t have been of any consequence to WADA.

- Boswellia- This is the sleeper of the bunch for acute pain.
- Fish oil.
- Synthagen.
- Glucosamine- Actistatin is the best for chronic pain.
- Injectable glucosamine for horses costs around 25 dollars.
- AVOID CORTISONE!!
- Osteoarthritis is autoimmune in nature. This means that there are dietary triggers.
- Hylauronic acid injections can regrow meniscus. Have the surgeon add 10 I.U. of GH to the injection.

- Curcumin.
- Tagamet.
[1:13:37] Tip of the day: mood boosters.
- Kratom and phenibut are the strongest legal mood boosters.
- Phenibut was introduced to the U.S. by Pat Arnold.
- The devil is in the dosage.
- Too high of a dose can give you blackouts.
- Phenibut binds to GABA B receptor, which affects dopamine.
- It can be addictive so limit its use to twice per week.
- Phenibut does not kick in for about 60-90 minutes. Be wary of this.
- Kratom strains may not matter as much as we previously thought.
- Kratom motivates you.
- Green and white are supposed to be energetic.
- Red is supposed to unwind you.
- Yellow is somewhere in the middle.
- Tolerance for kratom increases quickly.
- Stick to the pills if you are just starting out.
- Go slow with dosing.
[1:28:07] Kratom probably does not affect digestion to the extent that opioids do.
