- Deca has the side effect of erectile disfunction.
- Cardio helps with E.D.
- Meditation and proper sleep can help with anxiety related E.D.
- Anavar has a high anabolic to androgen ratio.
- Watch out for kidney damage from anavar.
- GH can help.
- Remember than anabolism isn’t discriminatory.

- Increase your protein intake to 2.5-3 times your bodyweight to overfeed, and your fat gain will be minimized.
[55:07] Peptopro vs. EAA?
- Peptopro doesn’t seem to perform as well as certain combinations of EAA in the real world.
- EAA ratios are easily manipulated.
- Peptopro ratios are set.
- Peptopro is also very expensive.
- Di and Tri peptides have to be broken down.
[1:02:33] Top range rack pulls: Are there any symptoms that would steer you clear from doing them?
- Get an MRI if you are in doubt about your back.
- Rack pulls made Rob’s back feel better when he had a subluxation.
- The movement is pretty safe as long as there is no trunk flexion.
- Using them 2x/month yields great CNS gains.
- Start with a light weight and make smaller jumps.
- Planking strengthens the lower back.
- Use an inversion table and PEMF for lower back pain.
- Inversions tables can stretch too much, so start on a smaller incline.
