  • It acts as a GDA by stimulating glucose uptake in a non-insulin dependent manner.
  • There are potential liver toxicity issues due to its buildup in the body.
  • Use blood work to assess effectiveness and toxicity.

  • Craze contained a twice removed precursor to amphetimenes.
  • These was a PEA analog.
  • It gave a non-jittery, controlled focus.

  • Do a % equal to your age. (i.e. a 55 year old will do 55% of his training as bodyweight.)
  • As you lose weight, these movements will become easier.
  • Some weighted movements can’t be replicated by with bodyweight.
  • Body weight movements naturally regulate appetite.

  • Rob values anecdotal experience using real ecdy.
  • Studies can still be valid when they aren’t done in the U.S.

[38:30] Extra supplements for muscle gain while on HRT?

  • Up your protein intake.
  • Use Kroger’s break free, pasteurized egg whites.
  • Dude, you are on test!
  • Food will get you better results than adding anything else.
  • The doctor can prescribe you Deca or Anavar if you are injured.
  • Anavar is expensive.
  • Deca has the side effect of erectile disfunction.
  • Cardio helps with E.D.
  • Meditation and proper sleep can help with anxiety related E.D.
  • Anavar has a high anabolic to androgen ratio.
  • Watch out for kidney damage from anavar.
  • GH can help.
  • Remember than anabolism isn’t discriminatory.

  • Increase your protein intake to 2.5-3 times your bodyweight to overfeed, and your fat gain will be minimized.

[55:07] Peptopro vs. EAA?

  • Peptopro doesn’t seem to perform as well as certain combinations of EAA in the real world.
  • EAA ratios are easily manipulated.
  • Peptopro ratios are set.
  • Peptopro is also very expensive.
  • Di and Tri peptides have to be broken down.

[1:02:33] Top range rack pulls: Are there any symptoms that would steer you clear from doing them?

  • Get an MRI if you are in doubt about your back.
  • Rack pulls made Rob’s back feel better when he had a subluxation.
  • The movement is pretty safe as long as there is no trunk flexion.
  • Using them 2x/month yields great CNS gains.
  • Start with a light weight and make smaller jumps.
  • Planking strengthens the lower back.
  • Use an inversion table and PEMF for lower back pain.
  • Inversions tables can stretch too much, so start on a smaller incline.

[1:16:55] Tip of the day: Using training to cope with loss.

  • Seeing death at a young age can be the first time that you realize that adults don’t have all of the answers.
  • Carrying on is not disrespectful to the individual that passed.
