- Most methods work to some degree but not forever.

- His written programs seem to have a better success rate than the other big coaches’ written programs.
- The Blueprint is a great option because it stacks various programs together in an effective manner.

- Regular exercise is your most potent tool.
- Don’t put crap into your body. Simple sugars can be harmful when abused.
- Intermittent fasting is a useful tool.
- Sauna is one of the best monetary investments that you can make.
- Sleep is the most important restorative variable.
- Preventative screening.
- DNA testing to understand the hand that you are dealt.

- First rule: Don’t major in the minors.
- Hire a trainer or avail yourself to a good source of information.
- Proper nutrition and cutting junk out of your diet will do more than supplements.
- Buy a good mattress and pillow- “The rest of your days depend on the rest of your nights.”
- EAA are the first supplements that you should invest in.

- Rob does not recommend losing muscle.
- Sarcasm: go ahead and starve yourself, dramatically over or undertrain, stop training, stay up too later or get too little sleep, stress yourself out with alcohol, debt, and bad relationships. Add methyl prednisone for good measure.

- Not much. The real magic is in the combination of the two.
