It's All In Your Gut
with Guest Dr. Grace Liu, PharmD
Hippocrates coined the term hypochondriac, which meant below the rib cage, or more specifically, the gut, as individuals who had illnesses that could not be pinpointed other than it was coming from this region of the body. He was very smart. Fast forward to modern times, we now are learning that more and more diseases begin in the gut. I would even offer that the hallmarks of aging actually start in your gut. Today we’re going to do a deep dive and offer you what is equivalent to a master class to actually determine what is going on in your gut how it’s affecting you physically and how to fix it.
