Social Media is an amazing thing. As people strive to get more followers, often they display behaviors that aren't all together safe or smart. Many who promote Yoga, which is a good thing, like to display standing on one's head as a good thing for people to engage in. Looks simple enough, and many are now experimenting with it and posting their pictures. Head standing finds its origin in the teachings of the Yogi. It's called a supported head stand with two of the elbows sharing the weight of the body upon the skull and neck. The average weight of a Yogi is 50 to 62Kg. and still injuries occur.
