And he's like if you want to pay shipping you will do it again and it will do it as many times as you want. That's a decent this guy is but you know go to http://superhumanradio.net and click it EFX Banner ad put in your name and address pay five dollars and change free shipping and get some great performance-enhancing supplements [00:02:00] absolutely free and then you can decide for yourself if you like them.
[00:02:04] And if you do then you'll buy more and that's the whole reason that dr. Jeff does it because he believes that nobody should buy anything till they tried it first. And with that, here's Rob calling all blueprint Army fall in line. It's time for the blueprint Power Hour with Coach Rodriguez on the Superhuman radio network.
[00:02:27] Hey, Rob. Hey. I am doing great. I had one of the best workouts of my life yesterday the think you've experienced something similar and let me say this I can attest to that. Dr. Jeff variety pack, you know it you get it you open it up and it's like you just got home from Vitamin World as yeah.
[00:02:46] Yeah, you just got home from the Olympia and you got one of those bags filled with free samples of stuff, but it's free samples of legit stuff. Yeah, that works. Yeah, well, he's a generous man. Okay, he is the guy you [00:03:00] know what I've met a lot of people in the supplement industry and I've never met anybody who was as unpretentious and I guess a lot of people would say he's really down to earth.
[00:03:13] But the reality is that he's a very genuine human being you don't have to wonder. What he's really thinking or what he really means when he tells you something because that's what he eats. He's very truthfully very honest up front. Yeah, we don't get that much. Yeah, I know. So anyway, so you had a good workout tell me about it.
[00:03:29] What led to this good workout. Well, we'll get into a little bit later. But okay to say, you know, I took a little time off and I walked in there yesterday was like somebody turned the gravity on. That's a great feeling isn't it that and you know that starts in your mind. It's thoughts in your brain all fatigue and perceived exertion starts in your brain.
[00:03:52] Think about that. It's not about your peripheral muscles your peripheral nervous system. It's none of that stuff. It starts in your brain. [00:04:00] So you want to talk about vitamin D and I like that because it's some emerging research that I'm looking at and just found out that vitamin D contributes to its.
[00:04:09] Oh God. Yeah, well, I think the point is this vitamin D It's always important right? We know this it's one of if not the most important vitamins, but it's really important to get this right study, especially for North Americans starting in the fall. And of course the winter months so, you know without supplementing.
[00:04:29] It's almost a sure bet most North Americans are at risk for deficiency. And so it pays to get it right now. Vitamin D is the only vitamin that doctors test for which should tell you something about its importance, you know, in addition to all the health benefits Russia and East Germany knew long ago in the 1950s about vitamin D is performance-enhancing benefits and just so you know, like we know [00:05:00] we get this from Sunshine right primarily but so, you know sunbeds Ahmet high levels of UVA, which does not contribute.
[00:05:09] The vitamin D production. So at least a substantially as UVB anyway, in terms of deficiency, you know, I mean, if you're not getting enough your health could really suffer and by that, I mean you're going to be more susceptible to everything from broken bones and Falls to osteoporosis on top of that and this is the scary part you run a much higher risk.
[00:05:36] For developer developing certain types of cancer and suffering serious issues with your mood including depression and anxiety. Well a poorly functioning immune system a greater likelihood of obesity left muscle and there's even a link there to diabetes. All the result of being deficient in vitamin D.
[00:05:58] So the question becomes [00:06:00] how do you get enough? Well, ideally you get as much vitamin D from the Sun as possible. That's how nature intended it. Although that's more and more difficult the further away from the equator that you get in fact if you live anywhere above Atlanta. And the state it's a sure bet that outside of the summer months.
[00:06:22] You will not get enough at least to optimize your levels food sources, they really aren't adequate to move the needle on vitamin D levels. So it's fair to say that supplementing is a must for just about everyone until the new Primal D comes out people have been using you know the straight. Oral that you can buy in any drugstore.
[00:06:48] However, let me say this the only time and this was the old formula. The only time I saw my vitamin D levels at 70 or above was using Primal D and it [00:07:00] wasn't much a squirt or two it's also the only vitamin D product. I used that significantly noticeably increased by mood and energy. And it's going to be the only reason why I pulled it off the market because for every seven people like you there were three people who said it did not move the needle and after I had these people video thanks to iPhones their application and then I do determined that the way they were applying it was contributing to its ineffectiveness with them.
[00:07:36] Now I could have done like most supplement companies do like I said, oh, you're just a non-responder. But instead I thought we need to change it and the person I have tried three different formulas and this is the fourth one that I'm trying right now. I believe this is going to be it. This one will produce 100 percent of the people who use it.
[00:08:00] [00:08:00] It's going to be a it's going to be a gel instead of a spray. So the possibility of evaporation which was the problem with the other one before the delivered through the skin is removed completely but it's going to have such fantastic cosmetic qualities no odor. Disappears quickly leaves your skin Supple makes you feel like you just put on some lotion.
[00:08:25] Nothing sticky nothing, you know, it's just it's this is going to be the best and once I get the blood work back from this batch, we're going to go to production and I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to revolutionize the vitamin D industry. I say that with all humility, but I am it's just, you know, vitamin d and vitamin A are hormones.
[00:08:48] They have their own receptors. Okay, there's retinoid X receptor that's associated with muscularity and a variety of other things. There's also a 25 hydroxy [00:09:00] d. Receptor other vitamins don't necessarily have their own receptors like vitamin B interacts with a variety of different receptors that are all part of the steroid hormone receptor superfamily, right?
[00:09:14] So vitamin B6 B12, they don't have oh there's a B6. But when things have their own receptors, they are much more important vitamin D has its own receptor family and vitamin A have their own receptive family and we call them vitamins, but they're really hormones. They really are. Yeah, I mean, you know you think magnesium underlies a lot of stuff and it does its responsible for about 300 and somatic reactions.
[00:09:41] Yes body weight and he's even more impressive. It's just the benefits do not stop well and people have been listening to me recently and I'm getting I've got more emails because I have intimated that I'm working with a new peptide than there is on nobody's radar. [00:10:00] That may have profound effects on the T1 T2 balancing of the immune system.
[00:10:08] It's huge now, like all things that really work there. You can only use small amounts of it. If you use really high amounts of it actually can be harmful to you. And but that's what happens when things really work. They really work at specific levels and specific Doses and they really become dangerous or harmful.
[00:10:31] If you overdo them. That's what happens when things really work and I'm using it right now. I can tell you that when I was in it. I have not been able to eat bread for years if I eat bread or pizza my belly blows up bloats up like the Jiffy Pop. Popcorn tin and it stays like that for hours and I am uncomfortable and I feel like I have to Belch and it's is disgusting.
[00:10:58] I ate [00:11:00] bread the entire weekend and I kept saying to Alisa. I'm not bloated. I'm not gassy. This is unbelievable. Usually if I eat bread. I'm at least belching within an hour of eating it for the next six hours nothing. So this this peptide is already changing the landscape of my gut but interestingly enough.
[00:11:24] This peptide is naturally made in the body. It's a very powerful antimicrobial antifungal antiviral. I mean it's has pleaded Tropic effects, but it is made from hydroxy d. Yeah there again, you know diesel precursor, right? Yeah and precursor for so many really good things that and in fact after reading that research, you know, I am dark-skinned and I have I have a higher degree [00:12:00] of vitamin D binding protein and that's because.
[00:12:05] My ancestors evolved under lots of direct exposure to the Sun. So we have more melanin in our skin to protect us from overproduction and from skin burning but also we have higher binding protein because our problem wasn't like everybody else's. How problem was too much vitamin D. So we evolved to have mechanisms in place that limit the production of vitamin D as a result of that.
[00:12:33] I have to take a lot more oral vitamin D because of the binding protein where a Scandinavian person could take a thousand I use and see a huge drop. I mean jump in their vitamin D production. I have to take 20 and 30,000. I used to see the same thing but since reading this research. On the how this peptide is produced and the effects on autoimmunity.
[00:12:58] I just bumped by daily [00:13:00] dose up to 30,000 I use a day. Yeah. Yeah. I mean if it is like I said the only vitamin doctors test for if it's not under supplement table right now it needs to be and what Primal D coming out that's going to work for everyone. I can't wait. I can't accuse let's go to the next topic.
[00:13:24] This is really interesting because this is something that I've finally started to figure out for myself. How much volume is enough volume when it comes to training and Recovery. Yeah, it's really interesting because you know, the three fundamentals intensity volume and frequency. We talked about intensity last week this week is.
[00:13:42] So there are a couple things to understand about volume. Number one is volume is almost always a negative and so far as recovery is concerned yet at the same time write some amount of volume is necessary for muscle growth now [00:14:00] just how much is ideal though is seemingly always up for debate. It turns out that years before American coaches, you know kind of stuck a fork in the ground with five sets of five and Bill star.
[00:14:15] Yeah AF primitive in the former Soviet Union was optimizing volume granted primarily for Olympic lifters and track and field athletes. But if you look at his recommendation, they are not that far off from five by five. So I'm I've always said this if you're ever confused about what to do five by five.
[00:14:36] It's a solid first step in establishing, you know the correct volume for most of your workouts. The only question is can the 5x5 system be improved and I believe that it can because the only thing 5 by 5 is missing is the time component in other words. You know, how long did it take you to complete those five [00:15:00] sets now obviously timing rest periods between each set is critical.
[00:15:05] What is not critical though? And what is an issue for a lot of guys because they don't want to do it is the math that's used for total tonnage or to figure out pounds per minute lifted. It's not complex. The amount of weight lifted times the number of reps times the number of sets / the time it takes you strong start to finish, but for people that don't want to do that.
[00:15:29] It goes like this if vote if you keep the rest of the rules the same and you perform your reps in the same, you know, fashion speed-wise simply adding more reps each workout will suffice. So in other words if you do a. Baseline work out of five by five you've done 25 reps in an established time period that was your with x amount of weight, you know, and that was your workout once your what I found is this is a really good rule of [00:16:00] thumb once you're able to accomplish 35 reps, you know our work out where you get five sets of seven verses five sets of five you just increase the weights and start the 5x5 program over again it.
[00:16:14] It's almost fail-proof. What I found in the in the future bulletin. I'm going to show you which to volume workouts that when staggered work exceedingly well together and especially when to insert all or also I should say when to insert a low-volume face. To potentiate the benefits the three methods are Dynamite on their own and you can make gains for you know, depending upon your recovery ability and other things anywhere from four to twelve weeks.
[00:16:53] But when you adhere to with this specific schedule for each one, the combined [00:17:00] effect is mind-blowing you rotate those three. In the proper fashion to optimized your volume and in and I guarantee this in three months, you won't believe how fast you get, you know, you're getting bigger and stronger.
[00:17:16] It's really amazing. And if you think about it, it's just logical. You know, how long you going to be able to gain using just one method versus three? What longer when you're availing yourself to three different methods instead of one but you know, it's it can also be a moving Target older guys obviously won't be able to handle much volume is younger guys and back to the sunlight example, you know, there are individuals that are albinos that can only spend five minutes in the sun before they burn right.
[00:17:53] Conversely people with black skin, you know, they can stay out for hours without burning. [00:18:00] So that's the Benchmark and that's come up with two really slick ways to improve in. I'm really excited about it. That will be in next month's blueprint bulletin, you know for me right now the volume I've found is working because I actually feel more energized when I leave the gym and not crushed it all and.
[00:18:23] That volume will increase over time and the progression of weights and Reps will increase over time, but I kind of you know, if anybody's ever driven a hot rod, you know. Like with a big-block Chevy the Power Band in that engine where produces the most horsepower for RPMs starts at about 47 hundred RPMs and tops out at probably about 6,000 RPMs, even though the engine will go to 75 hundred RPMs.
[00:18:57] You actually start to lose power progressively after [00:19:00] around 7,000 RPMs and that's called The Power Band. Right, and so you know that if you drag racing you always want to shift before 7000 RPM because continuing on isn't going to give you any more real speed and your body has a power band and that power band.
[00:19:21] You know it you know it it's when you give too much too soon and you have nothing for the rest of the exercise of the workout. And now when you're done training you feel crushed you were shifting outside of your power band all the whole time. You way over into the red line where you don't belong right the key the key is to shift soon.
[00:19:41] The key is to stop sooner and a lot of people can do this including me because my ego gets in the way like today was supposed to be a low-volume day and I actually did it. I actually kept it the low volume. I didn't do more than I had prescribed to do and it is a prescription. I walk into the gym with and I didn't [00:20:00] do it and I walked out of the gym feeling.
[00:20:03] Yeah. Yeah, I mean, you know, there's all kinds of discipline and one very important kind is understanding when to downshift so that you know later on you got more upside the engine and Allergy is very apropos. In this case you build more muscle. You got a bigger engine you should be able to do more volume down shift of you know, occasionally before you do that, but you'll find over time.
[00:20:31] You're able to do more because you got a bigger engine. Yeah, and we're going to take a quick commercial break when we come back. We have lots more to talk about you listening to the blueprint power brought to you by coach Rob register.com. I can promise you that if you've never been there you missing out on us.
[00:20:47] Data Bank of great information if your goals are to build muscle burn fat and get stronger. So check it out today. We'll be right back with more blueprint power.
[00:21:00] [00:21:01] Welcome back.
[00:21:07] So yesterday I did a show all by myself. I was the guest and the host. About what really causes skin cancer and the responses I'm getting so far really great. It was prompted by a comment Candice Martin. I believe her name is on YouTube from my interview that I did with Tom bill you and it's always startles me the number of people that don't get it.
[00:21:34] They don't understand. What actually causes skin cancer and I don't mean correlates to I don't mean the sun correlates to skin cancer. It's an unwilling participant and I explain clearly why that is and I've already received emails from people saying wow, this is brilliant. So hopefully you'll get to check out that podcast.
[00:21:54] It's up there. Now. It's super even radio dotnet. So the next [00:22:00] topic of discussion. This actually comes as a question from Carrie Adams. He says hey Rob on calls podcast on Surviving a heart attack. He mentioned show he mentions peptides he would take I'd love to see you and Carl do an article together on peptide, especially a cheat sheet that mentions peptides and when to use them, there are so many peptides that it's hard to keep up.
[00:22:23] Yeah. Yeah. This is a really popular question that certainly come up before and it will continue to come up because. So the number of peptides that are out there is just astronomical it's growing exponentially. And so while I don't have the same amount of practical experience that you do Carl, I can't speak to various peptides that I have used and would recommend so in no particular order here are my thoughts CJC 1295 with DAC drug Affinity complex, that peptide was one of the [00:23:00] first.
[00:23:00] And I still think it's one of the best, you know a single shot once a week will lead to higher GH peeks over the next seven days. No, no, no. Wait a minute. I got a correct you here? All right. Good higher GH Base Line not Peaks and it actually increases what's known as the trough of growth hormone production.
[00:23:23] It increases the pulse.. I'm sorry. Okay, so higher go over the next use absolutely and by all accounts, it's the most convenient. Well the GH boosting options and it delivers noticeable results if you're interested in the best and that use it's a trade-off because it's the little bit more of a pain but CJC 1295.
[00:23:51] We have out that stacked with a GH releasing peptide. Yes. You know what this is what this [00:24:00] is what I use and actually CJC 1295 was created so growth hormone releasing hormone g h RH is what is squirted? That produces the growth hormone production growth hormone releasing hormone has a very short half-life in the bloodstream like something like oh under a minute.
[00:24:29] It's gone. Dad. CJC 1295 was created to answer the question. What if we could prolong growth hormone releasing hormones presence in the blood by binding it to albumin? And having it circulate and so that's what CJC 1295 was there is no such thing as CJC 1295 without deck but that's what the peptide manufacturers call it.
[00:24:58] So that people [00:25:00] can understand that easily. It's actually called growth releasing Factor 1 - 29. Which is actually the same exact thing as growth hormone releasing hormone that your body produces. This is what I use I use growth hormone releasing hormone in the morning with GH rp6 a hundred micrograms of each that has been shown by a guy named at be true who is not on the internet anymore to produce a more physiologically appropriate Spike.
[00:25:32] Of growth hormone a pulse. So even if you use CJC 1295 and you increase that trough that Baseline you still need to use something to increase the pulses. The best thing to use is growth releasing Factor, gr. F 1 - 29 and CJ + GH rp6 a few times a day. Okay. That's I just wanted to throw that in there real quick.
[00:25:56] Yeah my I just I wanted to mention their own number of growth [00:26:00] hormone releasing peptide. In addition of GHRP6, very first GHRP2, hexarelin and imperelin. Okay. So here's why you would want to use to instead of six produces cortisol to does not about to say yeah to you used to before bed if you want a pulse before bed.
[00:26:21] So you don't have a spike of cortisol. If you use six before bed. You'll find out you sleep doesn't you don't sleep as well. True. Very true. Also know that hexavalent seems to be the one that boost GH the highest. However, there's also a strong cortisol response and its ability to boost GH tapers off rapidly very rapidly anecdotally for me.
[00:26:51] It seemed to help the most of injuries and so for that purpose. I wouldn't consider using it for two weeks before switching to another [00:27:00] growth hormone releasing peptide. If we were Ellen is actually my favorite only because it doesn't seem to induce the hunger that the others do and when you're on the intermittent fasting diet that can be advantageous.
[00:27:17] So insofar as what I saw from all these things Skin So a definite Improvement. Takes on almost glow sorts. I'll never forget this. My eyesight was sharpened. Hmm. I could read the little digital clock on the TV thing from the couch where I couldn't do that before you will realize again some people of up to 10 pounds, which is mostly water.
[00:27:49] And that temporal seems to Aid you in lifting weights? However, understand it can work against you in bodyweight work just make the distinction and [00:28:00] then most noticeable to me was The Disappearance the total disappearance of the smile lines. I had at the corner of my mouth and I'm not imagining that because I've got the pictures.
[00:28:13] To prove it but now why do you think that is think about the statement you made right before this statement? What did you say right before the statement? It does want it causes body some fluid retention in the body. Yes. So that's some of that fluid is trapped in the skin. It plumps the skin it gets rid of fun.
[00:28:31] That's why women love growth hormone. They're like, oh my God after using it for a couple months all my all my all those little lines in my face went away. Yeah because the skin becomes better hydrated. Yeah, it's an amazing effects. Now insofar as other peptides are concerned melanotan to certainly effective results.
[00:28:52] Don't take long to manifest either you can and will get ridiculously dark if you get carried away with [00:29:00] it. It's a it's an excellent processual product. At least four men, you know, it'll cause random erections just be aware of that before you use it on the downside. If you have moles or freckles understand the limits and to can darken them considerably and sometimes permanently, you know, I didn't see that myself.
[00:29:21] I have very few Freckles, but the ones I did have definitely got darker that seemed to subside after I came off also I've used. You know finally sent out for one to great effect after falling ill and Carl, you know, I have to credit you turned me on to that. It worked like a charm. So, you know, I think having a viler to of that stuff on hand, especially as we go into flu season is an absolute must otherwise, there are all these other peptides for sale.
[00:29:53] I can't say it used them. So I don't I'm not comfortable commenting on their efficacy the [00:30:00] possibility. This is the important point. What's driving, you know all these new peptides the possibilities are very exciting because peptides are small and not so small chains of amino acids that are linked together given the number of amino acids out there.
[00:30:19] There's an almost infinite number of variations of peptides that quote unquote. Tell the body to do something any combination. Like no an attempt to that is powerful enough to command your skin to change colors to me. That means there are combinations powerful enough to accelerate muscle growth and fat loss.
[00:30:45] They're not there yet at least that I'm aware of but it's a very exciting Avenue because although they're not. You know technically legal it's not [00:31:00] testosterone or a testosterone related chemical therefore. It's really not covered under the designer. Anabolic steroid Control Act of 2014. It's got limb put it this way.
[00:31:13] It's got a better chance than anything testosterone related. So, you know keep the fires burning for that one, finally. Understand that if you're looking to boost GH you can only really be certain that it's working by looking at blood work GH right converts igf-1 of the liver. So igf-1 levels are what you're looking for.
[00:31:38] That's not something that's usually tested for and unless you're on HRT. But many doctors are going to likely order it. It's doubtful insurance will pay mine didn't when I inquired and they start asking all sorts of questions. Your doctor's not going to want to deal with still. It's a worthy exercise.
[00:32:00] [00:32:00] If you're on any product that claims to boost g h so, I don't know if you had any more comments call on that or this I've just decided I'm going to do a peptide show. Yeah, people would love it. I'm sure yeah because there's a lot going on in peptides and what you said is very intuitive peptides offer the first time through modern medicine that we can actually fix things and correct problems instead of mask symptoms and they hold the greatest promise for medicine moving forward and there's a lot of good ones.
[00:32:36] A lot of interesting ones, you know Milano tend to I take 25 to 50 micrograms a day, but not because of the tan because it clears your arteries. It reduces whole body inflammation. It reduces depression and anxiety. It actually promotes microbiome diversity that leans you to being more lean. I mean, it's just it's, you know, [00:33:00] there's just these peptides.
[00:33:03] Have plea atrophic effects. I use peptide, you know, if you only saw me post workout after I get out of the gym, I have five separate peptide syringes that I inject post workout. I have two in the morning when I wake up and then that's it. That's it for the day. But I mean it's like when I leave in the morning, I've got five little insulin syringes all loaded with the appropriate doses of this and I want to say one thing real.
[00:33:30] There is a saturation dose of everything that is unique to each person because of their receptor site density and availability. And the reason that's important is this if Milano tend to is making you nauseous you're using too much if g h RP 6 or 2 is making you hungry. You're using too much if if CJC 1295 when you inject it makes you lightheaded you just took too much see.
[00:33:58] The [00:34:00] magic with peptides is using the lowest effective dose because if you can quote unquote feel it you use too much. Yeah that we probably should caution people especially on Melinda tent to I took too much once and it was not pleasant. No, I mean I couldn't I couldn't even enjoy the four-hour erection because I was so nauseous.
[00:34:24] So exactly I mean I'm being sincere I ended up I was supposed to take my city my daughter Sydney some function and I couldn't. I couldn’t my erection to go down. But I felt but I felt so nauseous that the idea of having sex really. Treat me. It was like wow. This is a really effed up like two things to happen to have this profound Direction and not be able to use it because you're too nauseous.
[00:34:50] Yeah, it's a weird place to be yeah weird is the is the is the appropriate word? I want to take a break when we come back with a lot more lots more to talk about stay tuned. We'll be right back.
[00:35:02] [00:35:00] Welcome back. This is something that's really. I don't know if you saw any of my comments on Facebook recently, but this is really got a bug up my ass this one here. Yeah, me too. I felt so what we're talking about here is scam alert some of them Joe put out by a company called new life for a new you life or something to that effect.
[00:35:26] So there's this new multi-level marketing thing making the rounds. It's called Samba Durham. Joe and the label States, it's quote unquote maximum strength homeopathic growth hormone. Now. I know you know what that means maximum strength, right? Yeah. Okay, of course the right the regular strength has zero growth hormone in it.
[00:35:47] This one has even more zero growth hormone in a transdermal base. No less. I really love that. You know a lot of [00:36:00] hype and a lot of customer testimonials about this stuff. Most of which I'm convinced don't amount to a hill of beans they try to legitimize it by saying it's FDA approved. No, no, no, no, no.
[00:36:12] No, they say it's FDA registered which I've called out. I've been contacted by so many of their reps wanting to get like me to promote it on the show and sign me up for the MLM and they all go well, it's FDA registered. I said FDA registered means nothing it just. The company the FDA knows about your company.
[00:36:30] It doesn't mean FDA approved for the reasons you're promoting it right there. And I'm sorry that's what a lot of people here. Yeah, it comes complete with an FDA NBC number which is the you know, the NDC or the National Drug code. It's a unique 10-digit three segments number of that's this Universal product identifier.
[00:36:54] For human drugs in the United States the code is present on all non prescription [00:37:00] over-the-counter and prescription meant packages and inserts, right? So it must be legit right now. The FDA is the saying. Hey, we're going to put our stamp on bubba Rob think about something for a second. Why would a company go to this extent to create all of this these illusions?
[00:37:20] Of authenticity accept because it's not authentic. Yes. Yeah, and I know exactly where you're going with that, you know, just so folks know the principle of Homeopathy is like cures like. And while I don't entirely dismiss it out of hand for some applications. I think using that principle to increase growth hormone is suspect and I mean real suspect, you know, add to that big Pharma and their billions in profits haven't been able.
[00:37:56] To administer growth hormone and anything but an [00:38:00] injection and so calling this dubious isn't exactly difficult. The like cures like thinking is then extended to my new quantities of like cures like minute as in the active ingredient being deluded to the point. It's virtually undetectable that my now next.
[00:38:22] Growth hormone is a single chain protein of a hundred and ninety-one amino acids with a molecular weight of get this 22,000 124 dull times. You heard me, right 20 2001 24 DMSO, which is the most powerful commercially available transdermal carrier. Can carry something with a molecular weight of around 500 and under through the skin and into the bloodstream.
[00:38:56] I'm awful at math, but I'm fairly certain [00:39:00] 500. It's a smaller number than 22,000 124 right and unless the chances of pulling this off or a big fat zero that would be if there was any real growth hormone in it, which of course there isn't now most of the hype concerning this. Can be found on YouTube you really have to go to see if they really got this down everything from using the Bible to sell it to, you know, gearing it towards women.
[00:39:31] They you got to hand it to these people. They've really done. So let's let me let me tell you that everybody comes out and contacts me has the same exact pitch, right? So they say they get they send me this long message about this Lubriderm, whatever you want to call it some added ERM gel and its growth hormone.
[00:39:48] And the first thing I. His please send the studies of its efficacy to which they always come back and say. Either I'll look [00:40:00] for them and I never hear from them again because they find out there are none or they say well we don't have any studies but we have a million people using this stuff. Right what to which I always reply back to them.
[00:40:15] There were a lot of people who drank the Kool-Aid that Jimmy Jones serve. I really say that I got this one woman like want that. She kept emailing me back and I said good thing you weren't around then you. Drinking the Kool-Aid to and so here's the short story about this some doctor came up with this scam.
[00:40:35] There is no growth hormone in it. They claim that it raises growth hormone by 5% Now think about this if you're an old person and you're producing know yet, what's up? Wonderful? Well, they they say the max 5% If you're a person of your elderly person you're producing no growth hormone five percent of nothing is still nothing and so.
[00:40:57] It own it, and they and they're proud about well, it [00:41:00] raises growth hormone 5% and people that change their lives and this is you know, there's a guy named Junior Johnson who had an MLM when I lived in Las Vegas, and he once said to me. Carl if we sold dog food these people would eat their own dog food just to be part of the MLM because it's kind of like a brainwashing.
[00:41:20] It's kind of like a religion that these people get all swept up in and that's why they have to have these big meetings where everybody rah-rahs and tells everybody what they're doing. So wonderful because most of the time these products at best. They work a little at worst. They don't work at all, but they're so highly marginalized fun price-wise that that that stupid to be paying these prices.
[00:41:43] So then after I asked them for studies, which they never come back with I say to them there's a patent pending on this product, right and they say yes, like, oh, no they got me, you know, like I'm all I'm interested I go that patent pending is 10 years old, you know why he can't get a patent because he can't produce any [00:42:00] studies that show it works.
[00:42:01] Yeah, and unsurprisingly in addition to the miracle testimonials and no science most of the talk. Is about how much money you can make? Yes? Yes. Yeah folks take it from me. This stuff is going to be here today gone tomorrow faster than you can say. Hm. I gotta I gotta disagree with you. I think that there's so many stupid people in America today that it's been around for 10 years.
[00:42:30] It'll be around for another ten years. I really do because the people at the helm of this MLM they know exactly who their buyer is it. Person who is easily fooled that Placebo is everything and they are so desperate to make money that like Junior Johnson said they eat their own dog food if they had tell ya man in me, you know, you might be right.
[00:42:56] I guess I was thinking of our audience. Oh, yeah, no nobody [00:43:00] in our audience would ever use this stuff? No, none. None if you were interested in what really works and for the honest-to-goodness real deal. Elevate your growth hormone levels Beyond normal as confirmed by igf-1 blood work. You can see my updated hormone optimization course for 2018.
[00:43:23] You can get it's normally 50 bucks. You get it for free if you subscribe to the blueprint bulletin Pro this month. We got it on sale and oh, by the way, all of my current subscribers, I always take care of those people they get the free update to and again the product that does this. I do not sell it.
[00:43:45] I do not make one red Cent on it, but the product that really does increase igf-1 levels is out. So to summarize stay the hell away from this Soma [00:44:00] Derm, gel. It doesn't contain any quantifiable amount of growth hormone. Even if it did none of it's going to make it past your skin and into your bloodstream if you oppose me and that opinion show me the bloodwork understand.
[00:44:16] I'm not just picking a Soma der Meer although they really ask for it because the onus. It's any purported growth hormone releaser to move the needle on igf-1 levels and be able to do that across, you know, more than a statistical population of one if you can't measure that I'm not interested. So that concludes my rabbits which I Let's do.
[00:44:44] Let's do the next question. Then we'll take a break and come back for the blueprint tip of the day. And that is this is a this is a question that's been submitted by probably the largest majority of people who listen to the show. Everybody wants to know what's the fastest way to get the strongest.
[00:45:00] [00:45:00] So for the past 33 years. I've tried just about everything in the pursuit of getting stronger that includes overfeeding. A lot of the pro hormones when they were legal up to and including methyl 1 Test legitimate growth hormone releasers creatine beta-alanine peptides, you know, igf-1 dozens of different training programs ultraviolet light therapy up another story for another day hypnosis stimulants.
[00:45:28] And when I was younger, I thought those were the answer they're not training with red tinted glasses that actually had a measurable effect and virtually. Really no acid you can name and every supplement that is hit the markets of 1985 and I will state beyond the shadow of a doubt that properly timed time off is hands down the fastest way to get stronger.
[00:45:56] Okay at one point. I had a serious plateau and my dumbbell [00:46:00] bench couldn't budge the hundred thirty pound. Tried for five times nothing doing then. I took 12 days off. I went back in the gym and I lifted them for easy reps. I was absolutely stunned just yesterday. I alluded to it at the top of the show.
[00:46:18] It happened again. So I had been training flat out for four weeks the fourth week. I can even include a little extra with an extra Squad session beyond what I normally do then I rested for precisely six days. Food or more during those six days. I eat a lot less protein than normal. I was on low carbs for two of them.
[00:46:40] And then I had a two-day big two-day carb up. But know also that one of those low carb days involved no eating at all. I was sick to my stomach for little less than 24 hours and after six days off. I went to the gym yesterday for my next schedule squat session [00:47:00] and I knew I could tell just by my warm-ups.
[00:47:03] It was going to be a big day. And when I got to my work sets it felt like somebody turned the gravity off. Wait. I haven't seen since my 20s we're going up with ease and you know, it just kept getting better the long-term the workout when think about that for a moment. I want you to say. All I did was rest.
[00:47:24] I didn't force feed. I didn't take anything. I just trained flat out for four weeks with a you know, slight ramping up the week before I took the time off and look what happened. I lifted which should have been limit Waits beyond my limits. Actually. I added weight like feathers of a mousse on the box squat and when I went to do my leverage Squad, I added 75 pounds to my five sets of five work.
[00:48:00] [00:47:59] When's the last time you met games like that? It's possible if you understand how to ramp up training volume and then you pull back at just the right moment to allow your body to Super compensate during rest and it gets. Dramatically stronger bigger truck nothing works better nothing and I want to give a tip of the Hat here.
[00:48:23] Leo Costa his big beyond belief books, you know first kind of clued me into this what he called ramping, which is what I'm describing little bit of planned overtraining and then pulling back, you know, it's like boom it was. Look, it keeps happening. Every time I take a week off I get the fastest drink games of my life.
[00:48:49] You do that too. And you will too. I absolutely guarantee it and it's not going to cost you a penny. What do you have to lose? [00:49:00] So man? I you know, I was just blown away. I actually did. I've had a goal of box wanting 500 pounds. The program called for me to do it- with 500. I am kicking myself for not just going for it because I'm telling you I could have got it.
[00:49:22] I lowered it extremely slow negative probably took between six and eight seconds for me to reach the box and I like I said kicking myself that I didn't go for it because I know that's okay. You'll do it next week. That's okay, right? There's no time limit. So yeah, it's not it's not it's not a Sprint right?
[00:49:44] It's a long distance race. We're gonna take our last commercial break when we come back. We have the blueprint tip today stay tuned. We'll be right back.
[00:49:53] Here comes the blueprint tip of the day. What does it culture? The tip of the day [00:50:00] is selling lemons to suckers. All right. So the whole summer term thing really Frost. I'm going to go off just a little bit more but it's not just because I think it's scam. It's because good people are being misled and a whole bunch of bad.
[00:50:17] People are making money off of them, you know in some cases a lot of money or at least that's what they'll tell you in the past month or so. I've probably feel it at least a half dozen questions. Just like you call about the product from listeners and even. A few in-person inquiries in the gyms that I trained at so as an entrepreneur, let me be the first to tell you it is damn hard competing with these people not because my products aren't Superior they are but because a large percentage of the American public wants to be lied to.
[00:50:57] They want to believe this stuff is a [00:51:00] miracle in a bottle. There's no real work involved and it's as easy as rubbing a Joe into your skin, you know to get buff and there are no shortage of scam artists that are willing to lie to people. And like I said, no tell him this big Whopper, if you hang around this business long enough though, you'll see it happened over and over sometimes with the same product being sold.
[00:51:30] To a new generation of a gullible public what a woman who goes to my gym. She asked me to rap for the samba term stuff. She said think about how much money you can make you already have a huge number of listeners who trust you and you have reached that almost nobody else has and I thought to myself.
[00:51:51] You know, you're right almost nobody I was thinking about how you Carl well and but but the thing that she said up front you have [00:52:00] so many people who trust you the exact reason they trust you is because you have never given them advice that they've thought about and gone. That's a lie. Why is he lying to me, right?
[00:52:12] So, you know what makes you wonder if you and I through ethics out the window and we put a full-court press on for this summer term stuff, you know, she's probably right we making a killing. In the if the YouTube hype for this product is to be believed and I don't believe this either they're talking how it's possible to make a million dollars certainly in your first year.
[00:52:34] The guy that was doing fish Bill said I got there in 90 days so Melissa. That's not how we roll right the products that you and I have done aren't so-called high margin products. We don't use multi level marketing and ridiculous amounts of hype to sell our products. And in fact, we're the mouse not any amount of advertising it is what sells [00:53:00] synth engine, you know Thrive progenitor acts and Primal D for all of you listening.
[00:53:07] This really only one way to stick it to these people buy quality information and quality products as I've laid out here information something as simple as knowing which product really boost growth hormone and igf-1 that's going to leave you so far ahead of the rest of these suckers. We're robbing a fake gel into their wrist twice a day.
[00:53:33] Not even funny. My subscribers will know definitively what product works and no one more time. I don't sell it. And that's true in 95% of the product recommendations that I give by the way. Here or the blueprint bullet. So so look my ramps over but I want you to think long and hard about what I said here today.
[00:53:57] The only real way [00:54:00] of achieving your goals is getting your hands on top quality information good products hard consistent work done over years in some cases decades and being in business with good people honest people, you know who they are. So, you know, please patronize the sponsors here we talked about dr.
[00:54:23] Vallini at the top of the hour, you know, I mean the guys got God knows how much money but he spent you know hours with me on the phone trying to get my pre-workout finalized, you know, the guy doesn't have to do that, you know far from it, but he does because he's good guy, you know, obviously, you know, All of us could use the help and in return we promise to continue bringing you solid information here and great supplements because when they put you in the [00:55:00] ground, the only thing that matters of that point is your integrity and I'll be damned if I squander the trust I had with listeners.
[00:55:10] For any amount of money, I can't imagine laying on my deathbed and looking back and thinking oh, hey remember that time I recommended so murder. Yeah memo all the money we made. Yeah exactly. You know, I don't know how many funerals you been to lately but nobody's talking about how much money they made.
[00:55:29] Yeah. It's not so much him or anything else and we know, you know, you're really giving up if you can only make money by. By stealing from other people you've really given up and you know, I know we live in a world where tangible possessions seem to indicate the worth of a person's life, but that's just not true.
[00:55:55] It's just not and who cares if somebody has more than you big deal. They may have more [00:56:00] problems than you to my father used to say if everybody on our street. Through all their problems out into the middle of the street and we went out there so that we could pick new problems. We'd come home with our own in other words you know, we always think that everybody else is doing better than us.
[00:56:17] Has it better than us that they have more than us. And when you find out the truth that you find out why I wouldn't want what they have if I have to take all the problems that they have. Yeah, you know, I don't know maybe I'm the sucker for not doing a high margin product and cashing in but you know, I'm not going to lay there like deathbed looking at my son and my wife and say I made a living by lying to be.
[00:56:45] You know and that doesn't mean that every successful company. It does that there's plenty of reputable companies out there that actually provide good products for the money, but I've never ever [00:57:00] I'm sorry to say this and I know I'm going to piss some people off in the audience, but I've never ever seen an MLM that delivered a product at a price.
[00:57:10] That was intelligent for that product and it's impossible to do and I'll tell you why because. The way retail margins of figured if it cost you a dollar to produce a product. You'll need a dollar for advertising Revenue that you got to spend to sell it a dollar for corporate profits and probably a dollar for other essential.
[00:57:33] So you take a product that costs you a dollar to make and you try to sell it for three to four dollars so that you can recoup make money and pay for the things that make the product. Yep, and people will hear that and think wow, that's like a three to four hundred percent markup. Yes, it is it is but now look at the MLM model.
[00:57:54] They take a product that costs a dollar to make and then they put [00:58:00] $17 on it because they have 12 or 13 levels of hungry mouths that have to get a dollar from your sale. And then the people at the top, they're not they're not doing this for free. They want to make money. They want to be able to drive their Bentleys and prove that they're making all this money and they made their first million in 90 days.
[00:58:22] So you take a product through the retail market and you have a maybe a lower 200 maybe a high of 40 percent margin a markup you take the product from the MLM the same product and you got Seventeen hundred to two thousand right percent markup. I can't think of a single MLM product that has stood the test of time not one not one and that really says something we really says something.
[00:58:53] Yeah, and there's a lot of good products that it became hostages of mlms and one that comes to mind is an [00:59:00] antioxidant that was healed a la Madrid did a piece for Dateline. On an antioxidant whose name I can't think of right now. It'll probably come to me after the show and they were like they had they were really doing well and it was a it was a Massachusetts-based company or a Pennsylvania based company.
[00:59:21] They were doing well and then all of a sudden because I was talking about sponsoring. This is like a decade ago. And they will actually think of becoming a sponsor of the show and then when I contacted one of you know, we were going in a different direction what direction you're going in because we're going to go into network marketing.
[00:59:39] I said multi-level marketing. He said yeah, so when the product was first introduced, why can't I think of the name of this product? It'll come to me. I think the word fit was in it. But anyway when the product was first introduced the bottle was like. I don't know thirteen fourteen dollars, but what it became an MLM product.
[00:59:58] The bottle was like [01:00:00] 40. Well, yeah, and that's because somebody got to the guy who formulated it and said dude you can make so much more money by doing a multi-level marketing because people are going to make money you're going to sell it and they always say well we rather spend our money on.
[01:00:19] Our members then on Advertising like as though our advertising is evil. We spend our money on word-of-mouth. They'll say instead of traditional advertising well, but you're spending for 4 to 5 times the amount of money and you're adding that to the cost of the product so somebody's paying for that.
[01:00:36] Yep. So when people say to you all we rather spend our money on Word of Mouth instead of traditional advertising. So we're an MLM Runaway keep your hand on your wallet and run far away because what they're saying is you are going to pay four to five times more minimum than this product should be sold for so that we can give all the other people who [01:01:00] want to stay home and make millions of dollars while their stay at home their dollar off of each of your sale.
[01:01:06] Yeah, I mean if it's hard it's really hard to stomach this especially if you're in the business like um, and you know, you know, these fat cats are available product with a dollar to you know, in the product including the bottle and label it shifted and they're selling it for 3495. Yeah, and you're right about the and Evangelical portion of it.
[01:01:32] I've never seen an MLM that didn't invoke. God or Jesus at the annual meeting where the diamond directs ass is a kiss then all the big own so-and-so salt that $40,000. Let's kiss his ass and then they pray and they interweave religion into it. And that's and that tells you something right there that tell you something right there.
[01:01:55] The YouTube hits that I sought for was quoting [01:02:00] Bible verses. Yeah. Run. Run. Run. This is this is the same thing that Jimmy Jones did to get people to drink that stupid Kool-Aid and believe they were going to go on to go to heaven remember that. That's a great line. Well, you know what? I thought so many people who send me the this Durham stuff and I say to him after I try to reason with them.
[01:02:22] After I try to explain to them that the only way to get growth hormone into the body and then they come up with a different reason why it works. Well, it's not the growth hormone. It's the it's the negative imprint of the growth hormone in the gel that makes your body produce its own and then I always say to him boy.
[01:02:38] It's a good thing you weren't on that island with the I you weren't in Guyana with Jimmy Jones because you would have definitely drank the Kool-Aid. I always say that to the my I want to insult them. I wanted itself. You know what? The reality is in 10 years the look back and realize how much Kool-Aid they were drinking.
[01:02:54] Yeah one lady said to me you'll going to you're going to realize you're gonna have egg on your face some day when you realize [01:03:00] what you missed and I said tell you already have egg on your face. You just don't realize it because your eyes are closed. That's what I said to her true scam. But you know what PT Barnum said there's a sucker born every minute.
[01:03:18] Yep. Yep, if you're interested in the real deal do visit my website coach Rob register.com. There you go. There you go. And what we promote their is hard work. Guess what that's the base. The base is for all progress. I look that's it for today. We have a great show tomorrow and Thursday.
[01:03:38] We're going to talk about breathing through your nose why it's so important. I have a listen to that boy. For sure. Yeah, this is this is big people don't even think about it. They don't even think about it. They breathe through their mouth all the time big mistake big mistake. I see you then and thanks for listening [01:04:00] today.
