[00:01:05] Jim explains how he evolved into this nutrition paradigm.
[00:05:25] Why do doctors pay little or no attention to nutrition at all? Jim eloquently responds. Carl weighs in and shares his opinion.
[00:11:10] The discussion turns to how the pharmaceutical model resembles the recreational drug model.
[00:16:35] Jim expounds on how and when it became clear to him that you cannot lump people together in groups/categories/types when it comes to nutrition.

- Getting the portion sizes of your protein, fats, and carbohydrates, right. Also known as the macronutrient ratio.
- Timing, when you eat definitely matters.
