on the other hand, I would suspect that beginners and intermediates would generally be better off on a two-bodparts per day split like
Day 1: Chest + Bis
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Delts + Triceps
Day 5: Back + Traps
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: either Rest or Repeat
Use this for your first N=1 study and adapt according to your needs
