SHR 2459 [5:40] Some people are still on the fence about TRT due to 2 poor studies.
- One looked at catheterized patients ( with pre-existing heart issues) to examine the effects of testosterone on infarction rates.
- Most of the subjects only used 2 month’s-worth of test and then quit.
[14:20] Faith in a doctor’s competence of TRT knowledge?
- You have to find a specialist.
- General doctors don’t understand the pharmacokinetics of test esters.
- The field is saturated with doctors trying to get easy money with little knowledge.
[23:14] Subcutaneous injections.
[35:06] The onset of changes on TRT.
- All programs are 90 days before re-evaluation.
- Sexual interest- 3 weeks.
- Erections- 12 weeks.
- Mood- 3 weeks.
- Body composition: 12 weeks.
- 2 weeks in, you may feel like your old self, but your body is probably not up to the challenge.
- Ease into activity
[42:12] TRT is not an “eat anything with no consequence” card.
- When you get on TRT you have more of a responsibility to eat well.

- Milo has not seen a direct correlation outside of those with pre-disposition.

- Glycemic control- 12 weeks.
- Decrease in inflammation- 3 weeks.

- HCG can upregulate progesterone levels.
- LH can trigger sleep.
