Recently started doing the Farmer's Walk and in addition to increasing my grip strength, it has definitely thickened up my forearms allot! I used to just do barbell curls, but now I use the farmer's for as heavy as I can to exhaust my forearms, and then I go to the isolation or forearm curls and it doubles the effectiveness of my workout.

I havent done these in a while so decided to try some Monday night after my back workout. I only used 75's and tried to do 3 laps around the gym. On Tuesday I couldnt believe how sore my forearms were. They are still killing me today, I really didnt expect that.

I seem to have shoulder impingement, so I look forward to that future show. This was a great show. I am happy to see Peter Rouse becoming a regular.

Hahaha that's funny Meaghan. Yes it is a great exercise and more people should incorporate it into their routine. The benefits are amazing.
