I agree with Jim. Does Brooks avoid alcohol and is it hard for him to do so? Do I interpret his emails correctly in concluding that he avoids whey? What does he eat when has little time to prepare food?

I'm really enjoying this series - thanks a lot, guys! Looking forward to nutrition because I think I'm really lacking in this area; I"m always wondering - how much should I eat? How much protein? Is sugar bad? etc. . .
