I just wanted to add that I believe there is a sweet spot for exercise duration. People who push themselves to extremes daily do suffer the effects of the bodies inability to repair. It will age you quicker the more you exercise. There seems to be a fine balance of where the body works optimally. I would venture that 2 - 6 minute short burst intense exercise 2-3x a week. Light to moderate exercise 15-30 minutes 2-3x a week. Call me crazy but I think that's where the body works optimally.
