[4:35] Jillian lost her vision while competing at the Olympia.
- It turned out to be a stroke with PFO as the underlying cause.
- People with migraines may want to get screened for a PFO.
- Jillian had a heart surgery.
[11:00] She got back into the gym 3 months after the surgery.
- Training kept her sane during a divorce.
[16:20] However, Jillain is no longer training for bodybuilding.
- In December of 2017 she developed pneumonia.
- She just started back training, and she is doing orange theory.
- Competing had turned into a stressor instead of stress relief.
- She has cut back on animal protein intake. She eats animal protein once a day now.
[37:11] Jillian now runs a business as a colon therapist.
[39:03] She had a colon blockage from taking too much psyllium fiber.
- She ended up becoming a colon therapist and bought the business from her mentor.
- The business has a wide spectrum of clients.
- Miralax does more damage to the body than it helps.
[42:13] Analyzing fecal matter.
- Takes the guesswork out of what foods you should avoid.
- Your stool should be firm and cylindrical.
[43:45] “I don’t look. I just flush….. What are you doing!?”
[44:45] Jillians current perspective on bodybuilding.
- She only follows men’s open.
- She feels that women’s physique has gone overboard.
[47:07] Bodybuilding is a full time job.
- The dues are extremely expensive. Competing is also very expensive.
[50:34] Jillian feels that pushing her limits is not worth it anymore..
[57:55] Jillian can see having children in her future. She would also like to be a detox counselor.
