SHR # 2408 :: How To Stay Fit When You Spend A Lot Of Time In Your Car/Truck

Share

Ferenc Elekes

Ferenc and Evelin drove 32,000 miles in 2018. Early on in their adventure of driving from Northwest Africa to Singapore they both noticed changes in their bodies. New pains here and there and just a sense of not feeling great. It was the lack of activity and their levels of fitness slowly eroding. Something had to be done.
