- Everything has advanced in sports.
- Performance enhancements using surgery, training, etc are all allowed, but HRT is not.
[9:30] Does testosterone change mentality?
- Maybe, but only with super-physoiological doses.
- Sex hormones affect the brain.
- 10% of abusers showed psychosis in a small study.
- Abuse could increase pre dispositions.
- Abuse of the more exotic compounds (masteron/tren) can cause even greater effects.
- This could be due to the androgenicity of these compounds.
- 19-nor derivatives suppress the HPTA more severely and could be the reason for the effects reported from nandrolone.

- Some people will have their mental and peronality states affected from PED’s

- Inhibits MToR and should not be taken around training or GH.
- GH can lead to insulin resistance.
- The is very little research of metofrmin in healthy individuals.
- Would metformin still suppress MToR from consumption of 400g of protein/day?
- Carl takes Rhapamycin 1 time per month and protein fasts for the next 3 days.
- Why not just do intermittent fasting instead of metformin?
