  • The misconception is that more androgens create more water retention and that an AI is essential to conteract this.

  • It is anabolic, lipolytic, and anti-inflammatory.

  • Responsible for transcription of RNA to DNA.

  • It increases collagen production and lowers inflammation.

  • Men and women are going through andropause and menopause early on.
  • This plays heavily into bone and soft tissue health.

  • Diet and sleep also play a role.

[21:06] Women who consume 300 mg / day of caffeine have desensitized vitamin D receptors.

  • This negates health vitamin D blood levels.

  • This is particularly true in Parkinson’s.
  • If estrogen caused cancer, there would be a large percentage of pubescent girls that have cancer.
  • Birth control leads to dementia.

[35:23] The different forms of estrogen are addressed.

  • The all play a role, and they all come from cholesterol.
  • Vegan diets lead to nutrient deficiencies, disease, and early death.
  • Vegans have a higher rate of mental illness than omnivores do.
  • The new selection pressure is where you choose to get your information from.
  • Once the body gets past reproductive fitness age, it will stop being resiliant to bad dietary choices.

  • If you don’t have intrinsic factor in the gut, oral B-12 doesn’t do all that much.

[51:32] Cholesterol as the building block of sex hormones.

  • HRT can often take high cholesterol to moderate.
  • As long as your cholesterol is not oxidizing, you can get away with a higher cholesterol level.
  • Long-term statin use leads to dementia and rhabdo.
