[00:11:20]   Revisit the “5-minute solution” for someone who is already strong.

  • For beginners, the 5-minute solution consists of setting a timer for five minutes and do as many reps of any given exercise as possible during that timeframe.
  • Coach Rob explains in detail how stronger athletes should attempt the 5-minute solution and still get a challenging workout.

  • Conversely, there are going to be a lot of times that you will always regret investing in and counting on other people.
  • Stay strong to who you are and what needs to be done to accomplish your goals.
  • You will bleed, you will sweat, and you will sacrifice.
  • If others cannot or would not understand it, cut them out of your life.
