It’s widely reported that Mark Twain knew and predicted the day of his own death throughout his life. He was born on November 30th, 1835 the day Hailey’s Comet circled the Earth. He died 75 years later upon its next coming on April 21st, 1910. How did this affect him? Knowing and believing that he knew the exact day of his death well in advance? His life was filled with achievement. He was an “American writer, humorist, entrepreneur, publisher, and lecturer. Among his novels are The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (1875) and its sequel, the Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (1885), the latter often called "The Great American Novel".
